i live with chronic pain and one night i had an awful flare up, couldn’t move and fell asleep listening to this. i could swear that i woke up feeling peaceful. as if a storm had passed. Sevdaliza also suffers with fibromyalgia, and i genuinely believe there is healing in her music.
This album is beautiful. I'm glad it was able to offer you some comfort during that awful time.

Yugo yea but it just this gets overlooked by the masses. Why? Because it’s not something that is commercially exploitable and it takes you places in your head where it can get dark. I respect the craft of music making, but they can’t compete with each other, nor should they. They’re just not in the same league. I came upon this music probably 20 minutes ago and have ordered three records from Sevdaliza in that time. Based specifically upon the gutting strength of 'Joanna' and 'All Rivers At Once'. The last artist that so completely left me floored like this was Aldous Harding's release of 'Horizon' and everything that followed and preceeded it. I am grateful Sevdaliza has brought this music into my life.
