Ma'am i'm software engineer, I disagree with you bucz companies only hire that person who has degree and good in english and have more than 5 years. There are alot of competition in IT industry now. I saw more than 50 plus applicants for one role in UK, netherlands and Ireland. So i think IT is not only option. You have to good luck.
