I don't think you're supposed to try and stay in the meditative state permanently. I think it's practiced as balancer to its opposite. A preventer of over-thinking and over-craving/fantasizing.

Day 29 ✅ it is an amazing feeling after this blue light visualisation (I remember it earlier in the challenge). It melts away all aches.
