    Day 29 ✅ it is an amazing feeling after this blue light visualisation (I remember it earlier in the challenge). It melts away all aches.

    I used to approach this type of session with fear and loathing (TBH, that's my default mode of operation), but I'm getting into this more interior based practice. Thanks Monsieur T!

    I don't think you're supposed to try and stay in the meditative state permanently. I think it's practiced as balancer to its opposite. A preventer of over-thinking and over-craving/fantasizing.
