- Craig and Mickie are living in their van full time and loving it! Totally self sufficient. They have traveled all over the United States and Canada. Filmed by John Koterba (OOP) Another VansOnVideo video. Lightning Videos. Stay tuned to this UA-cam channel and subscribe for more cool vans coming soon. Enjoy. OOP & Jo Lightning.
Lovely, mine is a 2000 Dodge Ram 3500 entended cab it was abandoned for some time then I noticed that van conversion is the thing right now so I did mine too, my favorite car ever, thanks guys great job
This is a very well thought out build, I especially like the gravity fed water tanks up top, great idea!
What an awesome and inspiring video ! Thanks for sharing
Just awesome. I just purchased a 94 B250 Ram van with the V6 and this video really helps me 🤔 and confirm some ideas. Also gives me new ones too.
I must admit the one thing I like about the van and others it's DIY you've done it yourself I love that too many fake vanlifers go to Corporation manufactured conversion vans basically renting them witches phone is out I don't respect that I love the DIY mentality as I am DIY in my high top shelf no Corporation intervention I love it..
ska punk OI! alternative living my man you said it I agree 100%
Nice guys!
I bet that Van gets a rockin' with Mickie in the back! She looks fun!
Much much better than idiots with 100k payments
Good_Dawg I almost did that
nice, looking Dodge van. thank, you for you're video. Random vanners east coast VA. 2%
Love the ceiling wood!
Great color and set ip
i drive a 95 ford diesel skoolie - these old vehicles survive anything
Thats on my bucket list
Those gravity fed shower/water tanks are a great idea. That has me thinking.
I believe this is the same van Red Green has in Canada, you know, the Possum Van. Your good friend Vinny in good old Fla., 30 miles north of Orlando.
I just got the same kind of van you do I haven't put videos on my UA-cam channel yet but I will soon
Super cool. The propane scares me, but I luv the build!!
Nice!
A lot of neat ideas here!
Good job
My kinda lifestyle.ive done it and will do it again..but living out of a Toyota pickup...it’s this time of year to start camping..nice cool weather
Very cool rig! Great job!
Very cool rig.
Sweet set-up. Really cool mods and add-ons. Looking forward to rolling my sleeves up to build out a 2002 E350.
nice build
Killer set up
Is the Gerry can holder attached to the side or backdoor? Love the paint and the set up. You don’t see many outdoor kitchen slideouts done diy. I like it! Might shellack the crap out of the wood on that kitchen to make it more protected and easier to wipe down. Solid build.
Cool fan
Subscribed and following from california
god that thing must be so top heavy
That bike rack is not welded to the bumper!
Great build and tour! I'm looking at a 96 with 125k miles. I am wondering how realizable your van has been and how many miles have you out on it? Also curious if you have any aftermarket alarm/security systems. I'm a bit scared to leave my whole life and tons of gear in the van and leave it sitting for a day or more while hunting etc
This is a totally cool set up. I love your water storage....gravity fed is totally cool. You have definitely got yourselves a boondockin baby. Personally, I wouldn't change a thing. Well done guy's. Very nice!.......do you guys have a YTpage?.....I would love to follow you...
Great van ! Those later model side mirrors look like an EXCELLENT upgrade ! I have a 96 with crappy mirrors, do you have any info on the installation? That is a must do upgrade ! 👌
That's pretty cool If I will live in a van I wanna get a 2014 to present Ford Transport
Please raise that propane tank strap a little or add another one, i am worried about bumps jarring it out, it's way too low IMO.
Wish he did a conversion video showing how to remove the rear passenger seats!
That's Great .How Do Live .or do for Money??
Can you tell me more about how you painted the van?
Is this 127" WHEELBASE? How tall can one be and sleep sideways (in this Dodge Van) like you two are able to? Thanks! Nice looking build, BTW.
Where's the van show? Who hosts it?
Got a 1999 Dodge Ram van and can’t find any front bumper guards/ bull bars or roof racks
I have a 1994 b250 Dodge van I can't find information on how to convert it to a living place help out somebody please
Hey! I have the same exact Van same year and everything. If you still are lost / have any questions HMU on Instagram @ lexisbold and I can give you some tips. I just started on doing the floor
My only question is what's the gad mileage? I have a 2000 dodge campervan. Not even half the stuff you guys have.
What's the length of the rooftop? I like what you did.
Jerry cans on the side isn't a good idea. Also it's at the head of your bed.
I guess I need some advice on how to live and breathing from this van
Craig .. do you know where the “ Maxi fuse “ location is on these 1994 dodge vans is at ? I cannot find the exact location it’s somewhere in the engine compartment near the battery
Not too stealth. How about some of your parking secrets.
Aren't those Dodge vans only 6ft wide on the inside? I know my Ford conversion van is only 6ft wide inside so I have to sleep at a angle in my bed which doesn't leave room for a second person to sleep on it really.
The only time being short is a good thing lol
No they are 76 inches.
Where do you locate the OBE port ?
OBD*
really like the way the front looks on those vans and your paint choices! How many miles did the van have when you bought it? was engine and transmission original? That spot for the fridge is perfect and your pull out kitchen counter is brilliant cause cooking inside is just dumb IMO. check out my build on my channel.
Cooking inside is better than cookin* outside in a rain/ snow storm…or when camped incognito
Are you Steven seagals stunt double
I don't know why that made me laugh so hard but it did. Thanks!
I need some advice
High powered bass speakers....lol
Mopar or no car.
I am stealing so many of your ideas. I live in my B150 and probably will for a while.
This is bitchen 👍👊
That thing must weigh 3 tons. Pallet wood? 30 gallons of water? All unnecessary weight to me; they must park more than they drive; Probably gets 10 mpg. For me " motif" isn't worth the extra gasoline you need to haul it around with you. I wish my stubby dodge van was as long as yours ( thats not a euphemism my friend, lol)
But i do have the high top, and that makes a huge difference for a 6'1" man putting on his pants in the morning.
And he is absolutely correct: van living is SWEET!
