The family is acting as if they and the entire black community are victims of police violence, yet brushing off the fact that he was a violent career criminal who had no respect for law and order, and in that incident was more than willing to put the lives of the police officers in danger, inorder to make his escape. He was not a victim.
It was his direct actions that determined the response, not his colour.

My sympathies lay with police officer who has suffered during the past 2 years. We are told Kaba was a gangster and had a criminal background and an involvement in a shooting just a night before his death. He was stopped by officers in a vehicle that was not his, and tried to ram his way out of the police stop, and luckily no officer was crushed by his erratic driving.
Incredibly, all this and the family still feel Kaba was innocent.

@@ScruffyTubbles okay, an alleged attempted murderer who was convicted of firearms possession in 2019 shot a civillian/villian/rival gang member
It can now be revealed that Mr Kaba shot a man twice in the legs in an attack linked to gang rivalry just six days earlier.
Shocking CCTV shown to a jury shows the father to be discharging the gun on a packed dancefloor at the Oval Space nightclub in Hackney on 30 August, wounding rival Brandon Malutshi in the thigh.
He then pursued the victim outside the venue, firing at a wounded Malutshi, injuring him yet again in the other leg. Malutshi was airlifted to hospital and treated for the bullet injuries, but later discharged himself.
It can now be reported that Mr Kaba had previously been to prison and was due to face a gang injunction hearing ten days after he was killed.
The 24 year old received his first conviction aged 13, another aged 14 and a third for affray and possession of an offensive weapon aged 17, in 2015.
Further convictions, disclosed at a preliminary hearing without the jury present, include possession of an imitation firearm in 2017 and possession of a knife in 2020

Every family and neighbour says oh he was a very nice boy and he had a good future ahead of them he plays really good football ( trust me everyone in Europe plays football when they were young ) . If you look at all these people's real life they all have one thing in common. They make trouble in the schools stay very late in the night on streets. Their parents doesn't even bother to know where they are or blame the system for their poverty. But if you look at every single of this family they have a fundamental issue which starts from their parents. Their parents when they were young enjoy partying/drugs than giving any attention to good education for themselves. Most of them living as single parents ( there is no parenting !) . These generations doesn't care about the value of a society watch effing football and enjoy partying and gangs. There is no sympathy for these people who doesn't want to work hard to make a living. Agreed. It's bizarre to use the criminal justice system to determine whether firearms officers fulfilled their duties correctly. If an independent standards board determined that an officer acted improperly, then it might be appropriate to refer to the CPS; and I have no objection to lay representatives sitting on such a board so long as they understand the issues. However, asking a jury in a politicised and emotional atmosphere to make such a determination is wholly inappropriate, imo.

Maybe that minor issue just slipped their minds? His actions after being stopped by police were not that of an innocent man. He dangerously and deliberately drove at police officers to get away, hence he was shot. The phrase ‘live by the sword, die by the sword’ seems very appropriate in this case.

One would expect a grieving family to disagree with the verdict. This man wasn’t a credit to his family or community. The full story has been revealed, which now includes an alleged shooting by someone who is thought to have been Kaba, in a nightclub.
This news needs clarification, as it would have added considerably to the reason why the Police were so wary, on the fateful evening kaba was stopped.
