Gasparilla Pirate Festival, Tampa, Florida 2023 Highlights

Thousands of pirates invaded Tampa, Florida, by land and by sea to celebrate the 2023 Gasparilla Pirate Festival. Hundreds of boats carrying pirates zipped across the waterways near Bayshore Blvd and the Riverwalk. The highlight of the celebration was the arrival of the world's only fully outfitted pirate ship, the Jose Gasparilla. Thousands upon thousands of spectators, many dressed in pirate garb, also enjoyed a seemingly endless boat parade and street parade.
