Unfortunately this will probably sell for near the asking price. The greater fool theory is strong at the moment. Keep your powder dry folks discounts are coming soon. This market is unsustainable.
This cabin makes no sense to me, but who am I to say. Not putting this thing on a slab for heating purposes and the location of the wood stove is in a very odd spot. The garage isn't really a garage, it's more of a big shed.

I am a bit confused by the location of the woodstove. You can’t sit around the woodstove in a closet. It just seems like such a strange location to me, and that space would have been an awesome large closet or pantry. It should be in the living room where people would sit and relax next to the fire.
Sweet spot. I fished that outlet in the spring when I was younger and caught landlocked salmon where that dock is.

What is the white PVC PIPE above ground going towards Septic ? Waste/water pipe ? What happens in Winter ? Won't it crack, freeze ? Shouldn't it be underground? Or is there a way to insulate it to keep from freezing? TY, it looks gorgeous in and out.
It's a nice cabin but overpriced and it should be closed and insulated underneath. Good Luck
