Sir, it is to my huge loss that during my career in the army our paths did not cross and I did not have the honor to serve and learn under your command. It is 42 years since I bade farewell to the army, but it is because of the teaching of my parents, the excellent senior officers under whom I served, and my brother officers that I still fully respect everyone senior to me, those who served with me and those countless JCO's and NCO's who taught me and loved me. Please continue the good work. May Allah always help and guide you.

We love all those who retired with honor and did not leave the country to move to places they have served cheating their homeland. We stand with all our shaheeds and salute them for their sacrifices and their achievements we love our army and continue to send our loved ones to serve. But we hate those who had traded their positions to settle down or to implant their children in the foreign lands.

What happened at the veteran army officers press conference was unacceptable.I have been very upset and ashamed of how we treat our elders.Prior to that what happened on 25 May was an eye opener and I couldn’t have imagined that our government institutions can treat innocent people women and children with such brutality.Thanks for putting our feelings into words.I really appreciate your contribution towards our society while in service and after retirement.

I am retired GD SOLDIER from Punjab Regiment. I did my B.A and LLB after retirement. Even I appeared in CSS EXAM and passed that also.
After retirement i spent a lot of time in Education and now been running my own 2 private schools (one high school for girls and one for boys in separate buildings.) It was my Army training which made me a successful educationist.
Now, your today's video has again draged me in my Past life.
Sir, Officers like you are, may be few, deadly honest and upright. I felt pang few days back when Islamabad press club was closed for retired Army officers. That day i saw and felt a streak of pure light and piety by hearing those gentlemen.
It will be so kind of you if someday you make video who disgraced and tried to snub That pure light, honesty and truthfulness on the horizon of Islamabad? Secondly, is a kind of difference has arisen between the old lot of generals viz a viz the new ones, in their professionalism and ethics?

I have noticed that people in our society do not know the difference between a respectful dialog verses disrespectful argument. They don't understand that one can have a difference of opinion with someone, but don't have a right to humiliate or insult that person.

Very nice general sahib. Salute you for your simple life style and views on real life. Always lots of learning in your statements. You are really serving your mother land even after your retirement. May Allah (swt) give you long life with health and prosperity. I could not serve my nation. I was a nuclear scientist but had to leave my country. PMLN terrorist wing killed my innocent brother only because we are lover of ahlul Bayet and secondly he was general secretory of Lahore bar association and he refused to be part of N league mafia. After my brother next turn was mine, they captured my personal small piece of residential plot and threatened me. My wife who is a doctor by profession specialized in gynaecology could not bear this pressure and we had to leave country. Canada offered me in 45 days to land there as a professional. I accepted that and It has been now 25 years that We both are serving other nations instead of ours. I am here serving in projects control as an officer in Nuclear Power Generation while my own country is facing load shedding in deadly summer. Curse on this corrupt group of rulers and I believe general BAJWA is one of those. And PMLN, ZARDARI and Molvi Fazal ul Rahman mafia is now even stronger than before. They have hollowed the roots of my beloved country. Imran Khan was the only hope which is diminishing because of General BAJWA stupid adventurism which he should try in Kashmir instead of on his own nation.

So true. They're are unlucky who doesn't respect their seniors whether retired or serving and one day they'll also be not given respect by their juniors during service and after retirement you and people like you are institutions because what juniors read in books you've practical experience of those events and experience is or have no alternative and regarded as a best teacher. Therefore who are in service must respect their seniors retired or serving.

Sir, I clearly feel your pain and understand what you are implying to. This is not with the retired officers, I personally heard a very junior officer in a mess commenting that he knows more than a much senior offixer without noticing, the senior, he was talking aboutj was having lunch at the same table. Those who call their seniors, infact teachers retired, I call them mentally retarted.
