You must be aware that among the Pakistanis who were awarded Friends of Bangladesh award by Hasina Wsjid are Hamid Mir, Asma Jehangir and Dr Tariq Rehman now Professor BNU who left Pak army as a Lt because he thought army action in East Pakistan was not the right thing to do. While Hasina Wajid hanged the old buzurgs of Jamat e Islami who supported Pakistan in 1971.

Thanks Honourable General Sahib. After 1971 war when I was a college student. I have seen that a lot of Bangali Soldiers and Army Officers were shifted by train via my native town to Bannu Cantt. In those days Bannu was a clean city and Bannu Cantt. was much clean area of the city. During my visit to Bannu in summer vacations it was my habit to go to cantt aria daily in morning and evening. In those days District Court was situated in Cantt areas and public were not baned in cantt areas. So I sit in a corner of polo ground on a bench daily to see the exercises of un-armed BANGALI soldiers and officers near me.
It was very disturbing for me. Because I love all Pakistanis that were Bangalies, Punjabies, Sindies, Pahshtoons and Baluchies. I want establishment of a truth and reconcilation commission for a detailed report on every matter since 1947. Salut for all Saheeds and Ghazis of Pakistan Arms Forces. Pakistan Zinda Bad.
chalo theek hai -- ye dekhtay hain "truth and reconciliation" ye kesay mumkin hu sakta hai ? waja-- hazaaro log jo ab is duniya mae nahi rahay -- jo uswqat mojod they -- unko zinda ker key "Truth and Reconciliation" huga -- agr ap key paas koi logic hai tu pesh karaen -- shukriya
In such situation where thousand of those who were directly affected are no more alive - in such situation it will be considered "half truth" and that has no meaning and useless -- you may label such activity anything but such investigation cannot be label as " truth and reconciliation" at least
Truth and Reconcilation is important at any stage. Because written official record and those who wrote their memories on the matter is very helpful. Many information can be collected from the family members because most of them are alive. A lot of audio and vedio , pictures interviews to news papers and news channels are available. Even a lot of presioners or also alive. From a lot of meterial on the matter we can prevent such incidents in future and to compensate the effected people.

Why don't you just take action on the basis of Bible - 1 "hamood ur rehman commission" ? To be noted not thousands are still alive -- those who were in decision making and those who were direct parties are no more among us ! hope you got the answer --

Bangali agar nahi miltay tu yeh nahi hota us k bawajoud 1 saal tak thoray Islah aur bagair Airforce k Buzdil Bharti Fauj ko 45000 PAK FAUJ NEY kisi border sey nahi ghusnay diya phir puray saal practice k baad Hijra Bharti Fauj Hawa sey Dhaka mai paradrop hui jahan na Fauj thee na PAF aur Pakistan 2000 km dour tha.
Agar isi HIGRA INDIAN FAUJ MAI DAM HOTA TOU POK JIS KA ROZ DAWA HOTA HEY ZARA FAUJ UTAR K DEKHATEY PUBLIC HE CHEER DETI.
