OK, it doesn't happen often, but every now and then, a model is presented in such a way that you'd swear it was a photograph of the actual things being modeled. This project is amazing in its realism. You just get better and better.
I worked on the flight deck of the USS John F Kennedy and a approve of this diorama 100%. The detail is 100% spot on except a few things. The blue shirt “tow tractor” wouldn’t have anything in his hands. “fod” is a no no. And the guy pulling the fuel line “grape” would be purple. The only people that would have tie downs would be brown & blues shirts. Blues shirts is ships company & Brown shirts is part of the squadron and they are responsible for securing the aircraft. Yellow shirts are directors, catpault officers and arresting gear officer and may they may have a tiny note pad with airplane number in the order of launch. Green shirts deal with the catapult arresting gear. We call them grease monkeys because they get super greasy. But other then that. The detail A+++++.
Great admiration for your patience and skills,. I love building models. Haven't since my boys were of the right age to appreciate. Never with this level of artistry and skill. Bravo Zulu! p.s. nice that both are active aircraft in active squadrons... "E" with VFA-137 and "F" with VFA-2
Really good. Fun fact. The Flight Deck Tractors are always very clean. Whatever Navy. Pure white for US Navy. On French Carriers, Charles de Gaulle or BPC Mistral Class, the pure yellow "SEPMA" tractors look like they come directly from factory.
Absolutely brilliant, the finest detail. Nice work indeed, I would love it if you could do a ww2 theme like for instance a Spitfire and messerschmit 109 dogfight over the cliffs of Dover or maybe a spitfire taking down a hienkel. Fab work my friend
Impressive work man. Thats some heavy detailing right there. What squadron do these aircrafts belong to? Beautiful re presentation here. Im jealous of your work. Thank s for sharing.
My goodness the figures standing next to the fighter jet they look so real. Check out the guy on the red vest and two guys in green at 14:54. Now jump to 15:37. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Very nicely done, i have a question for you, does the Navy use remove before flight ribbions like i used in the USAF for the weapons hanging on the pylons
Absolutely superb 👌. Just like to know one thing? Where did you get th tie down chains from? Do they come in 1/32 scale? Could you please send me the link on where you got yours from?
Holy F'n crap this is AMAZING! Probably one of the most beautiful dioramas I have ever seen! I really want to create on like this. It must have taken a year to make?

What was it like, sir, working on the deck of John F. Kennedy's USS?
In the squadron it isn’t just PCs carrying chains often times we have shooters and Mechs/Framers carrying chains as well

I was attached to VFA-137 (Kestrels) when that paint scheme was picked. Cool builds
Superb work all round!
Spectacular job. Looks badass!

great job. excellent painting.
stunning jets , the figures just make the scene !!
Very well done my friend. Very well done on making these aircraft on the deck of an aircraft carrier.
I can hear the engines...😅 Awesome work...
Nice presentation 👍.
I think als that a Tomcat would have been a nice addition to go with the f model hornet with the same markings.
Impressive work, congratulations.👏👏🤙
Was in CVW-2 with both VFA-2 and VFA-137. Very nice build.

Отличная работа! Молодец!
Wonderful diorama!
After all those tiny PE-heavy battleship bits, I bet a couple of chunky 1:48 planes felt like a break.
I am so gonna build this for my man cave.
Desde Santo Domingo República Dominicana felicidades, quiero uno están súper bonito.....
Dude, you work is simply amazing, where do you put all of your dioramas? they're huge !!
You never fail to disappoint man, keep it up, wish I was as good as you though. Could you say what you use as ocean? Thanks
I dare you to imitate Phinisi War Ship (Indonesian Marine)
조선소에서 한번씩 일탈해도 폼은 영원하다를 보여주네요. 하긴 호넷도 해군기이니 외도는 아니군요. 말벌집의 평온한 일상 잘보았습니다.
Very very nice work, respect from 🇩🇰
Amazing work! It's absolutely stunning. Does anyone know what that holographic paper is that he used to add colored reflectivity to the glass screens?

Very nicely done, i have a question for you, does the Navy use remove before flight ribbions like i used in the USAF for the weapons hanging on the pylons

Where did you get th tie down chains from?
Do they come in 1/32 scale?
Could you please send me the link on where you got yours from?
No ship this time? Technically yes, the deck of an aircraft carrier. Beautifully built planes, figures and diorama!
Holy F'n crap this is AMAZING! Probably one of the most beautiful dioramas I have ever seen! I really want to create on like this. It must have taken a year to make?
underrated
The GBU is fully green not just the head
Woh!
amazing work
Esplêndido
How much were the kits?
Can you do a dogfight scene?
Amazing! Why didn’t you portray the fuel guy correctly? He should be in purple flight deck gear. As a 24 year flight deck person……
