Hi there, thank you for your question! If you're referring to a MAC machine then I would try reset your NVRAM/Pram by turning off your mac and when you turn it on immediately press the Option + Command + P + R. keys and keep holding it until you hear the startup sound or the mac logo then release the keys and let the MAC boot hopefully that helps. If that doesn't work id recommend taking it to the apple store to see if they can help with your issue.

Hi, i still have the issue. when i start my pc it shows the motherboards brand and below it the Preparing automatic repair. The issue is that the little dots do not make a full circle before it shuts down by itself. I have tried placing another ssd from an old laptop but it still did the same thing. Have you ever encountered this?
Hi there, thank you for your question! If you tried the steps in the video and nothing worked I would recommend trying to reset the CMOS battery in the motherboard. If none of that works I would recommend taking it to a professional for further assistance.
Hi there, thank you for your question! First ensure all connections are secure. Try power cycling by shutting down, unplugging, waiting 30 seconds, and restarting. Boot into Safe Mode by pressing F8 (or Shift + F8) during startup to check if a driver issue is causing the problem. Disconnect unnecessary USB devices or external drives that might be conflicting, and try connecting to a different monitor or using another display cable. If comfortable, reset your BIOS/UEFI to default settings by entering the BIOS (usually F2, DEL, or F10) and saving the changes. As a last resort, use a Windows installation USB/DVD to access the Startup Repair tool in the Troubleshoot > Advanced Options menu.
Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend trying to hard reset your pc by unplugging all the power cables or remove the battery from a laptop then leave the pc off for a few minutes so all temporary cache can be cleared then trying turning it back on. If your PC still gets stuck, consider using the EaseUS Partition Master Professional. This tool allows you to create a bootable USB and repair problematic Windows. It scans for missing or corrupted system files needed for booting and replaces or repairs them.

Hi there, If your external hard disk is not showing up in disk management, it's possible that there is an issue with the connection between the hard disk and your computer. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue: Check the cable and connections. Check if the hard disk is spinning up. Check if the hard disk is recognized on another computer. Check the power supply. Try data recovery software. Download Recoverit here: bit.ly/3ZoowNK If none of these steps work, it's possible that the hard disk has failed and may need to be replaced.

Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend trying to use a bootable USB drive with windows installed and see if you can get into windows to try run some diagnostic tools as it seems its probably more of an issue with the internal components of your computer.
Hi there, thank you for your question! Try run system repair tools, such as chkdsk and sfc, to check and repair any missing or corrupted system files. You can do this by booting from a Windows installation media (such as a DVD or a USB flash drive) and choosing “Repair your computer” from the first screen. Then, select “Troubleshoot” > “Advanced options” > “Command Prompt”. In the command prompt, type chkdsk /f /r and press Enter to run the chkdsk tool.
Hi there, thank you for your question! I would try power cycling the device by holding the power button until it shuts off, then restart. You can also try interrupt the boot process by turning off the laptop during startup three times to force entry into the Windows Recovery Environment. You can also try using an external USB keyboard in case the built-in one isn't responding. If that doesn't work, create a bootable Windows USB drive on another computer, boot from it, and select "Repair your computer" instead of installing Windows. Once in recovery mode, go to "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced Options" > "Startup Settings" to access Safe Mode. Additionally, you can run a disk check by using the command chkdsk /f /r from the recovery command prompt to check for errors.

Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend you try accessing safe mode from Windows by going to Settings (Windows + I), selecting Update & Security, then Recovery, and choosing Restart now under Advanced startup. Once your PC restarts, go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings, then restart again and press F4 for Safe Mode. Alternatively, you can force the system into Automatic Repair mode by interrupting the boot process three times by holding the power button, then on the fourth boot, select Advanced Options to access safe mode.

I would recommend try disabling Automatic Repair using a Windows installation media by accessing Command Prompt and typing bcdedit /set {default} recoveryenabled No. You can also run a disk check (chkdsk C: /f /r) via Command Prompt to detect file system errors. If you have a restore point, try performing a System Restore through Advanced Startup Options. Additionally, disconnect any external devices to rule out hardware interference, and check for faulty RAM by removing one stick or running Windows Memory Diagnostic. Lastly, you can replace boot files using bootrec commands in Command Prompt. If none of these methods work, hardware issues like a failing hard drive or graphics card may be the cause.

Hi there,
If your external hard disk is not showing up in disk management, it's possible that there is an issue with the connection between the hard disk and your computer. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the cable and connections.
Check if the hard disk is spinning up.
Check if the hard disk is recognized on another computer.
Check the power supply.
Try data recovery software. Download Recoverit here: bit.ly/3ZoowNK
If none of these steps work, it's possible that the hard disk has failed and may need to be replaced.
