Excerpts From The Works is a promotional album by Queen. It was released exclusively in the United Kingdom to promote the band's 1984 album The Works.
Released exclusively in UK for use on the radio, the album features 4 singles from Hot Space (as well as Another One Bites the Dust due to it's immense commercial success).
In order to fit the album's runtime of 4:41, each track has been greatly cut down and spliced together. These edited versions do not appear on any other official release.
