There's absolutely no need for the poster to hedge their language by adding 'backslash Israel' to the title of a vintage film which is titled 'Palestine'.
The narration mentions Tel Aviv as a Jewish city in Palestine might be possibly provocative, but this is a historical artefact.
    Call it what it is.

There does seem to be a very pro-Jewish feel to this video. Jesus was referenced only as the "Nazarine".
Interesting to watch as there are many hidden messages. I did not see a copyright date for the original production.

      How would jesus be described?
He was a Jewish person born in the Jewish part of the Roman empire.

He just said „he who is called the Nazarene“ referring to the village of Nazareth. No special Jewish bias here. Btw „the Nazarene“ is also used by atheists and liberal theologians who want to express their distance to Jesus Christ (They aren’t aware that they confirm a prophecy about the Messiah with this term).

This is a direct quote from the Bible itself: (from Matthew 2:1)
"Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king"...
"Judaea" means Land of the Jews! That's how that land was called before the Romans decided to change it to "Palestine" and destroyed Jewish history for the next 2000 years. That was their plan. Good thing they didn't succeed!

    • @Clarky805

@@GPBKM no, it wasn't the Roman's plan, it was God's plan to utterly destroy them and sift them through the nations if they rejected Him. Deuteronomy 28:23, Amos 9:9. The Jews crucified the Messiah and are still in a position of rejecting Him. Also, God did succeed in totally destroying them by sifting there DNA to all nations.

Some beautiful shots in this documentary. It is rightly labeled Palestine/Israel because those were the years of transition to the rebirth of Israel.

1940s ??? But the jews didn't begin as a nation till 1948 so all that productivity, progress and modernization must have taken place from 1948 to 1949 ..... impressive. But in just two years how did they manage to acquire the necessary land to accomplish such transformative miracles ?

The development of that land by the Jews started long before the reestablishment of Israel! The first Jewish pioneers started purchasing lands and dry up swamps and made the land fertile even in the 19th century during the Ottoman Empire rule. They indeed paved the way for themselves to create a viable modern state there.

@Amin Heydarian , Stop spreading false propaganda! You never even bothered reading the Zionist ideology of Jabotinsky, or the book "Altneuland" by Herzl! Herzl clearly said that part of the Zionist ideology was to live in peace with all the inhabitants of that land, especially the Arabs! Jabotinsky wrote in 1923: “First of all, I consider it utterly impossible to eject the Arabs from Palestine. There will always be two nations in Palestine - which is good enough for me. we shall never do anything contrary to the principle of equal rights, and that we shall never try to eject anyone."!
There was never such plan to ethnic cleanse anyone from that land, and if there was one, I want a direct quote from the books by Jabotinsky and Herzl! Stop reading hateful Islamo-fascist propaganda and start reading real history books! Be smart!

    • @GPBKM
      @GPBKM Рік тому +1

@@tiggero6690 , I wasn't talking about the Negev only... The Negev is about half the size of the country, the other half is pretty green and fertile thanks to Israeli agriculture technology, and it's slowly sipping through to the Negev as well! I guess you haven't heard about "GrowingIL"... A government innovation institution that brings new technology that helps fertile the Negev Desert too! Today Israeli technology allows certain crops to develop even desert land and make it flourish. They even manage to grow strawberries and pineapples in the Negev today thanks to that technology. Go educate yourself better on the subject...
