Great video. Any tips on retrofitting wool pile into old wood windows? I can't find anything on this anywhere. How is it held in place? Link to which pile you use? Did you use the kerf insert type or T-slot type? Do you need to cut a rebate into the trim to allow for depth of the pile? Thanks so much!
Since making this video, we do not use pile weather stripping. We found the results to be inconsistent and time-consuming. We have found that metal weatherstripping (spring bronze and interlocking) combined with storm windows to be the most efficient at reducing air infiltration.
