Honestly its alot to explain. If your on PC your game operates a little different. Console works with keys and mouse but it doesn't have a DPI setting unless you run a separate software on a pc. So it's a little hard to get your sensitivity to be just right and making your movement fluid. It's sometimes hard to remember what key does what when you have a split second or you're dead
Update: after watching this useful video I suggest trying to play at least a game a day and take day breaks if you get too tilted. Learning mnk is relatively easy just give yourself time, for everyone it takes a differnt amount of time to get used to the controls you find best for you
I'm gonna take ure advice, tried playing MW the whole day with kbm and I got frustrated especially with grinding lmgs, played the last but with controllern
sethafrye if u only play for once a week then it could take a while. I play for a little over an hour a day and I’m already used to it. (Today would be my 3rd day using it)
Holy hell the part where he said breathe and be calm, I was playing rebirth and I had gotten into like 4 gun fights and won them all even when I was on keyboard and mouse but after that I felt like passing out cause I held my breather for like a good minute and my heart felt like it was about jump out
Ever since I moved to PC, I always felt like shit using my controller but it broke and I was in no mood of spending money on a new controller cause I was already pissed off at how they drift after a while which is also why I built my PC. I didn't play warzone or cold war for like 2 months. But recently I came back and had to learn keyboard and mouse or spend 60$. My left hand just couldn't work and my right hand couldn't even keep my aim steady. After two weeks of trying my best and getting destroyed. I finally got a bit better with the keyboard and mouse. I haven't even learned all of it but I can say gaming on keyboard and mouse is one of the best experiences I've had with gaming. Loving it so far.
Love the positivity just switched from using controller my entire life and I already feel the difference other than the obvious ones and I love it but I have to play on my lap cause ya boi ain’t gotta desk

I switched either yesterday or the day before, been struggling, been using controller since I started properly playing games(7 or 8 years old)and I grew up with kbm, I'm now trying to use keyboard and mouse, hard to switch easily to it since I've been playing for 7 to 8 years on controller.
I just switched to m&k as well. Movement is so much better compared to controller. Only thing I’m having trouble with is the tracking now and getting use to recoil. Hopefully it all comes together with time and practice
I switched to pc from playing control on PS4 my whole life(23yrold) I’m 3 months in now and I already feel like a better player. Sniping especially has never felt better, recently broke my PR with 27 which was 19 on console before
I play on xbox until I get the money for a pc of my own and I have a keyboard and mouse for this game so that I can get a head start and this video really helped and it also earned you a sub ur really cool keep it up man
Played pc when I was a kid (half life, quake 2, wolfenstein, etc.) Then I played console casually for years. Got my rig last year, and for some reason it just feels way more natural and comfortable to me! Maybe I'm a natural pc player, where some people maybe natural console!
Thanks for the tips bro! I played controller my whole life but first day today with kbam on warzone and im slowly getting it.. one thing helped me was I was a counter strike addict in high school so that's helped me alot 🤙🏼
I reckon the reason most of us are running with our guns lowered is because the in-game weapons nowadays are so fucking big and takes so much of your screen up.
I noticed it myself that often my cursor would be aiming at the ground as I ran around because it moves the gun out of your line of sight to be able to see in the distance better. But once I realized it was making me slower in gunfights I got used to keeping it up and trying to track my eyes with of the cursor instead.
I've tried any sort of combination of mouse shape, mouse grip, desk height (mine is adjustable), gaming chair height and so on....the result is i feel very unconfortable (with arms, back and everything) playing on M&K compared to playing on console on a sofa with controller.....for this reason i think i will sell all my pc gaming stuff and buy a PS5 + 55" TV.....
@400 dpi I like sensitivity to be around 11.4-12 (20 year cs player) @800 dpi (5.40-6) Mouse: (logitech G900) I have always loved the razer death adder, but my middle mouse button seems to break after 3-4 months of use. Most fragile mouse ever. You do not need to adjust your dpi above 800-1000. You really don’t. But to each their own. Peace out.
Using Roblox as your source of credibility on your keyboard and mouse skills in CoD/gaming is like getting an PhD off eBay and saying you're great at brain surgery. No one is going to have faith in your abilities.
I'm building a PC with my 20yr old son for my 12yr old son (and hopefully me). I've played console for 30 years. I'm hoping practice, practice, practice helps me with the switch. No doubt I will get shit on for months in game while I practice.
Back to keyboard and mouse too. A little hard at first. Distance and sniper is much brother. Close range stuff i feel slow and also vertical movement I'm still struggling with.

Spin my wrist as far as I can left and right and it should be a full 360 in each direction If you have a few friends go to private lobby from time to time and set the settings to head shots only Turn the health pool up to 250 and watch your aim improve... Boys i played my first ever warzone game on keboard and mouse and dropped a 11 kill solo and cane 2nd Ive played 2 weeks of valorant btw but thats the only keyboard game ive played
I'm in that middle ground between my scuff impact and trying to switch to mouse and keyboard..... But I can feel how mouse and keyboard is so much more superior to controller
any tips on how to work on your aiming better i have trouble shooting smgs close range with accuracy and the same as shooting ars and medium far range i get to ig adrenaline that makes me make faster movements and etc resulting in horrible accuracy
Go to custom add bots and repeat till infinity. lol well until you get comfortable with movement. Most new people who move yo pc have no problem shooting with the mouse its just the moving around using a keyboard.
I just switched 2 days ago and im already getting like 30 kills in MW and Cold War. I used to play on PC when the PSN was hacked back in 2011 I think it was? Then when psn came back I got excited to play controller again and completely forgot about mouse and keyboard lol
I think I have really adapted to kbm I am really improving and hitting a lot of shots in war zone I use a 3.10 sensitivity and I feel like I have excellent control in my aim

It’s the exact opposite for me bruh 😂
I agree, movement with keyboard is hard for me with trying to slide and going prone. Just using the other buttons and remembering them all
