The lack of Crimson Echoes Archive hurts me the most. I started playing literally 3 days after CE rerun ended and after playing for a time Amagi became my favourite character in the game for a variety of reasons... Now it feels like they forgot her and the war archive in particular. Hopefully she comes back to the game soon...
well, now chikuma has been added in the game and gets an ENTIRELY different appearace, i can say that the devs are giving them love. also chikuma's new appearance is sure beatiful.

Wow, it's like ALM was looking at the ships missing from my collection to make this video. All the ships in this video except Tartu, Vincennes, Astoria and Quincy are the only ships I am missing (Akagi u as well). Nice to know how they were obtained originally, and that many of them are EN servers only problem.
Ive been playing since December 2018 and I have all these ships already. I think i am only missing 8 or 9 ships before I get them all but I will always be sad since I can never get the Neptunia girls 😭
I'm one of the ones who is sitting at 99% with Lil Sandy being the final one to obtain. I missed one of the Russian ships in the first Russian event due to running out of coins, but that'll get a rerun eventually and by then I should have near infinite resources now that the retrofits are dealt with. Retrofit was the biggest coin sink ever. Always keep at least 200k on you for events is what I learn.
Lil'Sandy is literally the only one I cannot obtain; I can just bleed oil for Dewey and Bunker Hill, but I have no recourse for Lil'Sandy. Those are the only 3 I need for 100%.
@@AzurLaneMeta Yeah I saw a few of your grind streams. I dont get the chance to run 11-4 non stop, so I dont know exactly how many runs I've done, but it feels kinda substantial. Hopefully it'll be good karma for later ships. I'll be annoyed if Dewey or the two CVLs take forever being just rare.

Not only Bush but pretty much every single ship that is currently available in CN/JP are also available in KR. They just come in a week later. The only two exceptions are Howe which was omitted for a long complicated reason that I won't bother to explain, and META ships which are on a month delay instead of a week delay, probably due to the translation issues. (OpSi had a lot of texts to translate so the initial launch of OpSi was delayed by a month, hence the delay of the whole META timeline)
@@AzurLaneMeta the only event exclusive ships im missing (except collabs) is eskimo and grozny. I got cursed by rngesus during the original run of the event with grozny. And it still pisses me off that she didnt return in the rerun. And eskimo was a reward for completing 60 runs on sp4 or watever it was. And i was on the last or 2nd last run to get her when the event ended and servers were shut down for maintenance. Not only is grozny the 1 girl i wanted the most from her event but both her skins i also want equally as badly. Pls bring back grozny and both her skins. 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Man, am i glad i didnt missed every single Ship from collabs that i wanted. I guess i miseed the Neptune ones but the fact that i got everything else makes me really happy. Started playing because of the Kizuna Ai collab, couldnt even finish the event Stages fully but was lucky enough to draw every single version from Ai. So happy man.
August 2022 Update: Newcastle has just been added to perma merit shop, therefore the longest is Uranami, and Tartu. Little Illustrious, and Ryuujou? (Think that's how you spell it) are also in contender for longest forgotten. Hopefully these girls get reran soon, these are all I really need to get 100% collection along with just a rerun of UiU, SanFran, and Algerie.
There are also dead free skins too. Like the free Deutschland Dark Demon Princess event shop skin from Divergent Chessboard. That event got archived long ago so the unfortunate masochists can't have her dead skin. And I'm not sure event shop point dorm furniture is available when the dorm sale runs, but those would be gone too if not. Then you have the very rare instances of event shop unique gear like Cooper's Catalina, Intrepid's TBM Avenger squadron from this past rerun, Bismarck's certificate of sponsorship, and more. After those events go through their reruns, I haven't seen them added back again.
Before the cherry blossom rerun this year I had to wait over a year for Noshiro so I can imagine what it must feel like for payers who are still waiting for certain ships.
There's goning to be alot of "forgotten" ships in CN because they removed a whole batch. I just hope they bring them back like how they uncensored some of the skins.
Well, as of I think yesterday, Chikuma was added to the roster as an earnable, though you gotta earn currency points in the "Upon the Shimmering Blue" event...though her design has significantly changed from the blue-eyed bunny girl. Now she's a gold-eyed bunny woman with a very, very big sword.
I got all of them except Amagi. *sigh* I hope you get another chance, because they were all solid performers for Sakura. Tosa & Kaga-BB fill in the gaps caused by turning the Ise and Fuso sisters into hybrids, and Naganami is a cutely effective destroyer.
On the bright side, I have all of the Forgotten except for Lil' Sandy. On the downside, there are still 7 event ships I missed and am waiting for alternate methods/reruns. They just simply haven't hit the 'one year since last run' mark yet. :/
We finally just got Chikuma (although the way they incorporate her seaplanes is a little odd - they're only used in her skills rather than her equipping seaplanes and launching airstrikes like a BBV can), and she's been totally worth the wait. Maybe someday we'll get Tone too.

@@bulbusarues It does even if you maxed out the 3 million exp. It's just the cap on how much reserve EXP a ship can accumulate before a cognitive break, and yes, it still accumulates even after 120.
The only ships i didn't get was White Heart and Blanc from Hyperdimension Neptunia and Yume Minami from SSSS Gridman collabs. Ive burned 400-500 cubes on both these collabs but im getting the same ship everytime theres ssr tier drops. Even though the ship i want has a higher chance of appearing, it still gives me the same ship 4-8 times. And man elite ships and rare ship banners are harder to obtain than ssr ships.
When i realised that getting 100% collection is impossible, i personaly desided to mainly focus ONE Faction with 100% complete. but accidentally collected other faction 100% :D (but in history some ships are still missing) And main priority faction is Iron Blood and accidentally fully collected is Northern Parliament. :) But i still wish to see heavy cruisers Blücher and Admiral Scheer to be added in the game.
Newcastle not being in my dock saddens me as 1) she is a maid (which I really like) and 2) that she got a retrofit, doesn't help during the event she was featured on was during a period of time where my mental health was crappy. God darn it...
I'm mostly missing collab ships: Kizuna CV, DoA's Monica, all of the Neptunia's. A couple of ships from events that I just got unlucky: Vincenzo and L'opiniatre. And I still need I-56 from the permanent pool. I know that that the event ships are bound to come around and that I-56 is just a matter of time, but the collabs hurt so much since I know it's not very probable to see them ever again and I'm a huge fan of the Neptunia series T_T
i started on amagi server when it was still fresh and was a newbie player on the Amagi event rerun, i got all SRs but my biggest problem is that i missed Naganami, because my cubes were at 0. I wait for her since that time and I even bought her party dress skin in hopes that AL will finally add her to building pool.
June 2022 update: at this point Newcastle and Uranami are the longest going "forgotten" ships in the game judging by how this list works as all the older ships either got a rerun or have been added to perma in EN
Future here ^^ Amagi and her gang were finally added to construction pool together with her event in the War archives. ^^ Also, Sheffield Mu is available TODAY in the Merit shop. ^^ Now if only Scherzo of Iron and Blood could be added....
Started playing in January 2020 and apart from the collabs prior to that date, the only ship that I have ever missed from construction is Eagle. And of course, Lil Sandy is the other one.
Loved the video @Azur Lane Meta! It would be nice for more of "Minnie's" sisters to make it back into the game, as well as more of the "Daughters" of the girls. Truth be told, I'd love to see a Fanfic Anime for Azur Lane where you get to see more of the Ship girls, as well as their Daughters for those who have a Child version, and even give a few shots to some of the better known Content Creators in the Community like Ryuma Brunstud who is really great with his Fanfics while keeping it in the same format as the game itself or OC Gangsta who is reasonably well known for the Memes about both Azur Lane and Girls und Panzer's Communities, maybe even you for continuing to cover different parts of the game! Speaking of which, Atago-nee-sama's Voice Actress Ai Kayano was hit with the Cancerous "Cancel Culture" a couple of months ago and Azur Lane and Arknights are deleting all of her Voice lines in both games, all because she simply tweeted that she went and visited a shrine listing all the names of those who gave their lives for Japan during the Second world war and that it was a beautiful day! What are your thoughts on that?
I will love the collect all ships but i give up this year, i dont have enough dock space and will never have, since i almost dont use real money in the game and for you to have that much dock space for all the ships you use real money or whait forever o get enough gems to buy them but then new ships will come out,, SO this year i retired all of my common ships and some rare ships (some rare ones that you ez get in the gacha all the time).
They also chose to have Maya to be in her factory form instead of her upgraded form. The same mistake Wargaming made when they added the Arpeggio version to the game, a shame as Maya was available in the mobile WoWS, but not on the PC one.
Not counting Dewey and Bunker Hill. Only ship I miss for 100% are Sandy, Algerie, Tosa and Suzutsuki. In the case of sandy I didn't have a free time to grind, in the later three I ran out of cubes. Thing that pissed me the most is that I didn't get the Suzutsuki (2% rate), yet I have got enough Shinanos (0.5%) to fully LB one and still have one copy left to spare.
the only non permanent ships im still missing are the neptunia girls and 2 from the kizuna collab but the thing im most salty about is the fact that we havent yet and probably never will get the utawarerumono collab
Still bizarre that they changed Soyuz’s design for the second Russian event yet she wasn’t part of the build pool. Why? Are they planning to make her a UR and give give her a separate event or rerun her with the first Russian event?

I at least have all of those ships since I have been playing for so long. Now if Only Mikasa could come around my docks anytime soon. I will be short one event ship and one PR ship (Marco Polo). All I am missing from that full completion.
You needed a update of The Forgotten Ships in 2022 because is New others ships are Forgotten like Bon Homme Richard (incluying META Version), Arizona META, Yorktown META, Jeanus etc
I feel like the devs dont treat their EN fans equally but that is probably more due to the fact that EN is way smaller than CN and JP. What AL would need in order appeal to more westerners?
We got Le Terrible and Soyuz's event still need to come. We also got an thicc onee same redesign for Chikuma and she had an event too. But if we ever get Tone she probably not going to look like this. Soyuz already got redesigned tho. So maybe she will look like that when we get her.
So that's when they released Little Sandy. No wonder I don't have her, the stupid game broke for me for half a month, just when they were releasing Bismarck and I couldn't log in for that time.
The forgotten girls mostly seem to be the younger ones, to be suspected. The majority of the players don't want younger girls anymore, and I don't blame them. My issue is that people leave weird comments on them or say weird things about them, so for me I'd rather not have them anymore, however I do appreciate them, and they're very cute. I own Bush, and a few others. I put Bush with Aylwin, and Hazelwood, and I switch between the 3 often. The baby versions are my favorite. I also have Lena, Little Cleveland, and Little Illustrious, but I'm missing the rest. I hope they make more baby ones again! Why not a baby Essex? I already know people are going say weird things about Little Essex if they do make her, welp just have to ignore it.

For Ch11 there are a lot of suicide bombers. Unless you're extremely over-leveled, you're going to want 2 BB/BCs probably. Casablanca is fine for the mob fleet, but Warspite is going in the Boss fleet.

The only ship I can't get is Z26, who was last available Sept. 2 2020, so it's (just) over a year ago at the time this video came out. Luck wasn't with me for that event and I didn't want to empty my cubes for a purple ship. I had done that before leaving me in a bad position in next event for more important ships.
not including drops(Bunker Hell! & Dewey)/colabs my very short list of missing(sure my to be retrofit list is still a mile long) Li'l Sandy, Matchless, Curacoa, Hiei-chan, & Yat Sen... I really should look if any of them were added to build pools
Adding PR ships with the cooperation of WG differs from an actual collab event. Those are also licensing voice actors and trademarked character designs.

Hmmm, with reruns taking, on avarage, 18 months, 1 year is probably too little as that will guarantee to include ships up for the next rerun, like the Russian event, Aurora Noctis and the French event. And Amagi and co is the next War Archive but they sure take their time adding it in, even with 2021 having far more dead space between events than 2020 ever had. Doubtful Newcastle gets a rerun, since that event by itself WAS a rerun, its just that EN never got part 1 (with its unique story). It was also making 100% stories uncollectable till they removed it from the list earlier this year. I personally RIP on missing Neptunia. Love those games. Got Nep in Crosswave but that's not the same.

I was placed on a choice: I played on 2 account (my first one and an other to play with friends in guild) and, in the Bismarck rerun I dropped her only on my second account, so Either I continue to play without my friends, without Bismarck but With Amagi, Jean Bart, King George V and many others (who was only event at this time) or change to go with friends and Bismarck, I choose this one and now I only miss Amagi and King George V from my old account but have the Italians (all of them) Shinano, New Jersey and Shimakaze so I only wait for Amagi now (and I wait for Skybound Oratorio too, I only miss Richelieu to finish my French Fleet and Hermione too to finish My Royal navy with 3 Dido in vanguard (Dido, Sirius and Hermione))
I Have all Ships Mentioned, during their Respective Events during their First Run, the only 2 that I have not Acquired was Little Illustrious and Tartu, all because Phone Storage was Being a Bitch, that Eventually led to my Game Not Being Able to Update, I could've have Gotten Tartu, I was like literally inches away, then Internet Problems Struck, and my Last Minutes that I could've use for Grinding and Eventually Getting Her, was Spent Waiting for the Internet to stop Bitching, I'd Didn't, and these Problems, mostly Storage Problems, made me Stop Playing, which led to me Missing the little Illustrious Event as well. Not really a Big Deal for me, but if there was to be a Rerun, you can bet yo Ass I'll Grind Hard to get them!
Personally, I despise the 1000 friendship points grind. It would take an absolutely adorable ship to get me to grind it out. Little Amagi and Little W were the only ones I’d ever done it for. They just take too long to accomplish.

Ya for veteran players the coins are a higher barrier than the cubes because coins have a storage cap.
People forget about Tone & Chikuma! We want them as collectible/playable characters.
Fanbases are too distracted by the first two Takaos to give damns about the Tones. Make the Tones aviation heavy cruisers.

The only two exceptions are Howe which was omitted for a long complicated reason that I won't bother to explain, and META ships which are on a month delay instead of a week delay, probably due to the translation issues. (OpSi had a lot of texts to translate so the initial launch of OpSi was delayed by a month, hence the delay of the whole META timeline)

And it still pisses me off that she didnt return in the rerun. And eskimo was a reward for completing 60 runs on sp4 or watever it was. And i was on the last or 2nd last run to get her when the event ended and servers were shut down for maintenance. Not only is grozny the 1 girl i wanted the most from her event but both her skins i also want equally as badly. Pls bring back grozny and both her skins. 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Started playing because of the Kizuna Ai collab, couldnt even finish the event Stages fully but was lucky enough to draw every single version from Ai. So happy man.
August 2022 Update: Newcastle has just been added to perma merit shop, therefore the longest is Uranami, and Tartu. Little Illustrious, and Ryuujou? (Think that's how you spell it) are also in contender for longest forgotten. Hopefully these girls get reran soon, these are all I really need to get 100% collection along with just a rerun of UiU, SanFran, and Algerie.
There are also dead free skins too. Like the free Deutschland Dark Demon Princess event shop skin from Divergent Chessboard. That event got archived long ago so the unfortunate masochists can't have her dead skin.
And I'm not sure event shop point dorm furniture is available when the dorm sale runs, but those would be gone too if not.
Then you have the very rare instances of event shop unique gear like Cooper's Catalina, Intrepid's TBM Avenger squadron from this past rerun, Bismarck's certificate of sponsorship, and more. After those events go through their reruns, I haven't seen them added back again.

Well, as of I think yesterday, Chikuma was added to the roster as an earnable, though you gotta earn currency points in the "Upon the Shimmering Blue" event...though her design has significantly changed from the blue-eyed bunny girl. Now she's a gold-eyed bunny woman with a very, very big sword.

That's good. Amagi and Naganami are pretty solid ships themselves. And at least before New Jersey, Tosa's cross fleet barrage was quite unique.
I got all of them except Amagi. *sigh* I hope you get another chance, because they were all solid performers for Sakura. Tosa & Kaga-BB fill in the gaps caused by turning the Ise and Fuso sisters into hybrids, and Naganami is a cutely effective destroyer.
Even more so than Tone and Chikuma, another forgotten one would be the Kuma class, they are only seen in the game as production model enemies.
well we got Kuma, Tama, and Kiso in other game. if we lucky they probably add Torpedo Light Cruiser class (CLT) Like Kitakami and Ooi in game.

On the bright side, I have all of the Forgotten except for Lil' Sandy. On the downside, there are still 7 event ships I missed and am waiting for alternate methods/reruns. They just simply haven't hit the 'one year since last run' mark yet. :/

We finally just got Chikuma (although the way they incorporate her seaplanes is a little odd - they're only used in her skills rather than her equipping seaplanes and launching airstrikes like a BBV can), and she's been totally worth the wait. Maybe someday we'll get Tone too.

The only ships i didn't get was White Heart and Blanc from Hyperdimension Neptunia and Yume Minami from SSSS Gridman collabs. Ive burned 400-500 cubes on both these collabs but im getting the same ship everytime theres ssr tier drops. Even though the ship i want has a higher chance of appearing, it still gives me the same ship 4-8 times. And man elite ships and rare ship banners are harder to obtain than ssr ships.
When i realised that getting 100% collection is impossible, i personaly desided to mainly focus ONE Faction with 100% complete. but accidentally collected other faction 100% :D (but in history some ships are still missing) And main priority faction is Iron Blood and accidentally fully collected is Northern Parliament. :) But i still wish to see heavy cruisers Blücher and Admiral Scheer to be added in the game.
Haha 100% collection is possible, but much harder for new players.
A shame Tone is unavailable as she was the first sort of hybrid ship, designed to launch recon flights to screen larger fleet formations.

I'm mostly missing collab ships: Kizuna CV, DoA's Monica, all of the Neptunia's. A couple of ships from events that I just got unlucky: Vincenzo and L'opiniatre. And I still need I-56 from the permanent pool.
I know that that the event ships are bound to come around and that I-56 is just a matter of time, but the collabs hurt so much since I know it's not very probable to see them ever again and I'm a huge fan of the Neptunia series T_T

i started on amagi server when it was still fresh and was a newbie player on the Amagi event rerun, i got all SRs but my biggest problem is that i missed Naganami, because my cubes were at 0. I wait for her since that time and I even bought her party dress skin in hopes that AL will finally add her to building pool.

I will love the collect all ships but i give up this year, i dont have enough dock space and will never have, since i almost dont use real money in the game and for you to have that much dock space for all the ships you use real money or whait forever o get enough gems to buy them but then new ships will come out,, SO this year i retired all of my common ships and some rare ships (some rare ones that you ez get in the gacha all the time).
Ya, that is the strategy for f2p players. Retire the low rarity, easily obtainable, ships when you can't get enough dock space.
Aside from Tone, about Mogami, if she's also optionally equipped with Seaplanes during her Retrofit hiatorically.
They also chose to have Maya to be in her factory form instead of her upgraded form. The same mistake Wargaming made when they added the Arpeggio version to the game, a shame as Maya was available in the mobile WoWS, but not on the PC one.
As far as I remember, Maya was historically retrofitted, sacrificing one of their Main Gun in favor of additional AA Defenses Loadout.
Not counting Dewey and Bunker Hill. Only ship I miss for 100% are Sandy, Algerie, Tosa and Suzutsuki. In the case of sandy I didn't have a free time to grind, in the later three I ran out of cubes. Thing that pissed me the most is that I didn't get the Suzutsuki (2% rate), yet I have got enough Shinanos (0.5%) to fully LB one and still have one copy left to spare.
Ya, that SR vs UR luck is somethings a weird thing, especially when you are faced with the pity system.

Still bizarre that they changed Soyuz’s design for the second Russian event yet she wasn’t part of the build pool. Why? Are they planning to make her a UR and give give her a separate event or rerun her with the first Russian event?

The forgotten girls mostly seem to be the younger ones, to be suspected. The majority of the players don't want younger girls anymore, and I don't blame them. My issue is that people leave weird comments on them or say weird things about them, so for me I'd rather not have them anymore, however I do appreciate them, and they're very cute. I own Bush, and a few others. I put Bush with Aylwin, and Hazelwood, and I switch between the 3 often. The baby versions are my favorite. I also have Lena, Little Cleveland, and Little Illustrious, but I'm missing the rest. I hope they make more baby ones again! Why not a baby Essex? I already know people are going say weird things about Little Essex if they do make her, welp just have to ignore it.

For Ch11 there are a lot of suicide bombers. Unless you're extremely over-leveled, you're going to want 2 BB/BCs probably. Casablanca is fine for the mob fleet, but Warspite is going in the Boss fleet.

The only ship I can't get is Z26, who was last available Sept. 2 2020, so it's (just) over a year ago at the time this video came out. Luck wasn't with me for that event and I didn't want to empty my cubes for a purple ship. I had done that before leaving me in a bad position in next event for more important ships.

Adding PR ships with the cooperation of WG differs from an actual collab event. Those are also licensing voice actors and trademarked character designs.

Hmmm, with reruns taking, on avarage, 18 months, 1 year is probably too little as that will guarantee to include ships up for the next rerun, like the Russian event, Aurora Noctis and the French event.
And Amagi and co is the next War Archive but they sure take their time adding it in, even with 2021 having far more dead space between events than 2020 ever had.
Doubtful Newcastle gets a rerun, since that event by itself WAS a rerun, its just that EN never got part 1 (with its unique story). It was also making 100% stories uncollectable till they removed it from the list earlier this year.
I personally RIP on missing Neptunia. Love those games. Got Nep in Crosswave but that's not the same.

I was placed on a choice: I played on 2 account (my first one and an other to play with friends in guild) and, in the Bismarck rerun I dropped her only on my second account, so Either I continue to play without my friends, without Bismarck but With Amagi, Jean Bart, King George V and many others (who was only event at this time) or change to go with friends and Bismarck, I choose this one and now I only miss Amagi and King George V from my old account but have the Italians (all of them) Shinano, New Jersey and Shimakaze so I only wait for Amagi now (and I wait for Skybound Oratorio too, I only miss Richelieu to finish my French Fleet and Hermione too to finish My Royal navy with 3 Dido in vanguard (Dido, Sirius and Hermione))

I Have all Ships Mentioned, during their Respective Events during their First Run, the only 2 that I have not Acquired was Little Illustrious and Tartu, all because Phone Storage was Being a Bitch, that Eventually led to my Game Not Being Able to Update, I could've have Gotten Tartu, I was like literally inches away, then Internet Problems Struck, and my Last Minutes that I could've use for Grinding and Eventually Getting Her, was Spent Waiting for the Internet to stop Bitching, I'd Didn't, and these Problems, mostly Storage Problems, made me Stop Playing, which led to me Missing the little Illustrious Event as well.
Not really a Big Deal for me, but if there was to be a Rerun, you can bet yo Ass I'll Grind Hard to get them!
