It looks like the version of herself she saw inside of mefisto was her soul and she's seeing how he's slowly tearing her apart from the inside out and everytime she let's her guard down, like she just did, he splits her apart a little more and more and eventually there'll be nothing left but him in control of all her actions to come

The arm split was insane, and the scream felt so real. Gives me goosebumps every time I hear it lol, the cinematic team are honestly on another LEVEL.
