Keeping a healthy weight should be fun. This is not a wellness medication, this is a drug for people suffering from obesity. After spending money on semaglutide, you will still need to acquire healthy habits, so why not starting right away (and drop the drugs)
It's sad that people feel the need to take medications with horrible side effects just to lose weight. If it makes you feel terrible just think about what it's doing to your body.
Why can’t you workout and eat healthy. Why use a shot to loose weight. Who knows what that shot is really doing to your body. A lot of the weight loss shots are linked to cardiac issues and extreme losses of muscular mass and bone density please be safe

She is having to eat in order to not feel sick, it kind of defeats the purpose. If she just stuck with it you can definitely lose weight. I would only think this was a good idea if the excess weight impeded your daily life or your health was at risk. Peoples priorities are insane
This medication really isn’t meant for people who just want to lose a few extra pounds… if that’s your goal and what you want there really are better ways that won’t make you feel ill

You look really healthy to me and you working so hard doing chores and taking care of your child.. I don't think you should go to these artificial treatment for weight loss..I did see you working out in gym.. your body changes post partum please take care of yourself.

The long lasting effects that will never be worth that little bit of weight , the lean musclemass loss, and the risk of Gastroparesis alone should make anybody go running for the hills

I would DEFINITELY call your Dr to have them prescribe nausea meds. Also, do drink plenty of water and I know my pharmacist said that women who had morning sickness during their pregnancy have a tendency to have more of the symptoms.

Use the stomach settle drops, break up your meals into smaller meals like 6xtimes a day vs 3 meals a day, lots of protein and water, get ahead of the constipation with magnesium citate or miralax. I also sip on ginger ale too. I've had fatigue as well so I just try and get small naps when I can. I've had 2 bad nights with intestinal pain but I figured out it was from missing my miralax. I'm on week 10. Hang in there!

Be careful .I took Ozempic for 5 weeks. Not for weight loss but for diabetes. I was so sick I had to stop taking it.

As someone who is on semiglutide too. Drink plenty of water, it helps and getting the injections on the abdomen instead of arm can ease the nauseous

I’ve been on semglutide since February 2023, the affects wil go away especially if you train yourself to push through now
Always remember that sometimes a productive nap time for baby/toddler is sometimes nap time for mommy/daddy too
