- A small vaegir warband is trying to stop the invasion of Khergit Khanate.
"The winter of 1257 was uniquely warm. No harsh frost was seen for more than a month. The last bastions of snow melted and green suddenly dominated the landscape. The grass was a welcoming treat for the horses of the Khanate
The garrison of Yuruma Castle received orders to patrol its borders, in order to protect the domestic farms and villages from the sweeping warbands of the Khanate - since the frost no longer detoured them.
Late at night on the 5th day, the Vaegirs ran into a large band of Khergits. It was nigh impossible to determine their exact size due to the predawn twilight. However, they understood that they must hold their ground no matter what in order to protect their domain.
Not half an hour later the Vaegirs soon realized that the encroaching enemy, assumed to be a mere pillaging band of decent size, appeared to be the vanguard of the Khan’s Great Horde itself. However, it was too late to flee. Alas, at least the biting winter cold has come to the aid of the Vaegirs once more."

@Singha Mura when i play as vaegirs i get rushed by nords,swadians and kergits then it turns into a massive shit fuck . Usually its the rhodoks and the sandbois not actively pissing down our necks with zerg rushes .

This was much better than i was expecting. When the horsemen charged i coudn't believe you animated even the horses. And the scale of this battle! It was so cinematic!!! NOW I WANT TO SEE YOUR PROCESS EVEN MORE THAN BEFORE! at first i thought this style was great to tell stories using still images in movement. But this video is 90% fully animated large scale battle. Not so limited after all. I'm so curious about how did you animated all the horses in such a believable way. I thing you might use layers but i'll love seeing a behind the scenes of this AWESOME cinematic battle. I think this has a lot of potential! I'm so excited to see how far you can get with this!

Absolutely wonderful. Stunning. The silence before the storm/battle, reminded me so wonderfully of the tense atmosphere before the battle of Helms Deep. Had me on the egde of my seat.

What I do is make them chase me to one of their villages, raid the village so they intercept me because they can't use horses in an intercept battle and its a more confined space to bottleneck them

For the first time I feel sorry for the Vaegirs. During my M&B Warband campaigns they always were pain in the ass having their heavy as fuck cavalry, heavy as fuck infantry and heavy as fuck marksmen (which were also pretty good at melee). But now? Shit man, I feel bad for them.

Just some advice, i think it will be better if you add more narration, even when the battle begins, just to make the battle more intense. Something like poetical narration about braveness and war perhaps? Can't wait for the next episode

Черт, я бы посмотрел полнометражный фильм с такой анимацией и атмосферой. Невероятно хорошо переданы напряжение. А уж из мира M&B можно сделать что угодно, учитывая разнообразие фракций. Тут нашлось бы место и интригам, и юмору, и сражениям, и предательствам, и благородству, и неоднозначным поступкам, и политике - вышло бы не хуже чем Игра Престолов.
