I went through these steps but the video is not visible, only the sound plays and it's a black screen with the sound waves. My video is the .MOV extension so I'm not sure why it's not working. Any suggestions?

Hello, thank you very much for the video!
But I encounter a problem when trying to share it... the file doesn't retain the multimedia option, so the video doesn't play, even if it's opened with the same program it was created with (Acrobat Reader).
Is there a solution for this? Thanks!

    Hi Patricia,
I found your video very instructive, but I have tried several ways to get it to play and it is not possible, the image remains black and I have to restart the pdf from Adobe Acrobat and it does not work.
Is there a size limit? My video weighs 6MB compressed in 320 x 240, I have tried to access Adobe help, but there is no possibility of consulting an operator. Perhaps you can help me, I want to add two multimedia files to an educational pdf. Thank you very much!

Really helpful, especially about the view potentially watching this is Preview and not being able to. I'm now looking for a different solution - so, so helpful. Thank you.

Very helpful thank you 👍 succinct and informative. I especially appreciate you showing what could go wrong and how to approach it to stop it. I'm planning to use a video as part of a presentation at a conference so fingers crossed it works 🤞

Can you do this in Word instead of Adobe Acobat? If so, can you create a video using Word?
