- Moving track pieces (for transfer tracks, or switching direction)

I’m seriously asking for only ONE thing that must be in the next game please please please dear Frontier… 🙏 Please make a complete overall of the entertainment and shows aspect of the game: like adding parades with the possibility to create floats and with a coaster’s UI create invisible tracks and draw the parade route through the paths of the park. In addition the possibility to create our own characters roaming around the park, like imagine having a sort of "make a sims" UI, modeling the character, adding accessories, personality, the tone of their voice, … THAT WOULD BE HUGE.
We saw the enormous upgrade the guests’ AI got in Planet Zoo, it would be such a blast having whole new guests interactions with shows, and why not even having theaters, where guests would sit… PLEASE. THEME PARKS NEED ENTERTAINMENT.
That’s all i ask personally.

- Toilets and stores in queues
- Not such oversized buildings
- Less hanging.
- More management options, including for staff (as with Planet Zoo)
- Own Indoor Designing Restaurants with Tables and more
- Daily Park operations, with opening and closing times.
- Manage ride operators, influencing queue times and ride experience.
- Hotels that do the hotel thing. Same for restaurants.
- Shows and parades.
- On ride photos and photo/video passes.
- Customizable merch/gift shops instead of just single brand kiosks.
- Ponchos, IRL, they are the true best sellers when it rains. Also attractive around water rides.
8 years and over 1000 hours later I still have not finished a single park.... I´m totally not ready for PlanCo 2 😅😂

MORE EVIDENCE I JUST FOUND!!! - on Frontier’s website within the latest news for investors there is a post about the new Jurassic World game. Included in this it says - “Frontier plans to release one new CMS game per year; the development of the unannounced own-IP CMS game for FY25 is on track and Frontier expects to announce the title in the coming months.” So it is confirmed as an own IP CMS game AND it’ll be announced in the coming months. This was posted on 9th May. It could be another new game in the Planet universe but i can’t imagine it not being PlanCo 2 due them needing a reliable hit.
I've been feeling a mid-June reveal for Planco 2 for a while now. Lets hope it happens and we see the community come back to life and we can all get back on the hype train
Man the planco community was something else. I was there since the alpha up to the last DLC. It was the most wholesome game community on the planet.
My wish? Planet zoo's terrain tools and advanced movement tools. Correct indoor lighting. Better path tools and path system. Weather

My Wishlist
1. Realism: Ride Breakdowns (coaster on chain hill and evacuations, Weather that closes rides)
2. Entrance fee instead of ride fee
3. Waterpark (maybe DLC) that you can add with lifeguards a splash pad you can create.
3. Waterpark: Placing lifeguards on walking paths near the water or having lifeguard chairs and having them do realistic lifeguard moves.
4. I wish you could hire ride operators and the person in front of the line. They aren't just there.
5. More customization when it comes to Characters? kind of like Roller Coaster Tycoon 3.
6. More realism in the ride unloading and loading process. Have one or two ride operators for a roller coaster and have them run down the line to make sure guests are safely in their seats?
7. For log flume rides you can have a middle loading dock and have two unload/load on either side, then have it join together with a sensor that stops a log from an incoming log on the other side. (More overall ride customization)
8. Select where you want your park but if it is in the America in the PNW, Has it only operated in good weather?
9. Select when employees work, if the park is closed everyone but selected or people on the roster stay at the park/
10. Ragtime music for the main entrance. But overall more selection of music for park speakers.
11. You can assign character attendants with the characters.
12. Customization for a Gift Shop.

The first game was great but it was missing a lot of stuff pointed out mainly by the creators who used it, so hopefully they will put the time and effort in to give us everything the first game had and more

all the good Devs from first planco are now in other studios.
Wishlist features for a sequel would be some form of backwards compatibility with the first game's content/parks/etc... other than that a basic overhaul, with an updated renderer that can handle the draw call issue that plagues the games performance, and some tweaks to building/pathing. am loving the simplicity of Tiny Glade for example. If PLANCO had a building/scenery/path system that worked like that. Chef's kiss.

There’s really a lot of features here in the comments that would absolutely make sense but the one thing I’d hope for would be some kind of AI based creation assistant.
I am creative enough to imagine and describe stuff like queue designs or stations and other buildings but I am really bad -maybe just not patient enough - at building or detailing it out of thousands of pieces.

Having played Prehistoric Kingdom, there were three game-changing features for building that would be amazing in PC2:
- Scalable objects: every object’s size can be scaled on any or all of 3 axes
- No Grid-Locked Objects: Some objects can be placed on a grid, but can also be switched to free-form within the same build.
- Re-texturing Objects: Instead of having a bunch of different building pieces for each texture, there are only a few basic pieces (walls, floor, arch) but then you can select what texture (wood, brick, stone, etc) to apply, similar to changing the color. Makes for easily swapping out the look of the building, and less objects in the menu to scroll through.
These 3 features basically unlock unlimited creativity; I found it hard to switch back to PC after I got used to them.
And the week is only a few hours left.

- being able to create multiple queue (fastpass for example)
-being able to create shows or some parades would add so much personallity to your parc

I want 2 bench PTC trains. Seriously, I’m sick of building CCI coasters, and the only options you have are the same 3 bench PTCs you find on Kings Islands woodies, or the GCI Millennium Flyers which only a couple CCI coasters even have. Also transfer tracks, separate load and unload platforms, and a more flexible load and unload system for peeps boarding a ride would be great as well.
I hope all the newer gimmicks in planet zoo will be in it such as weather

Well because its all super weird! its def. already the latest announcement frontier ever had for a CMS game. IF they are releasing it this year tho.

I saw that massive sale & took advantage of it! I've never done any kind of park game, but I love building in The Sims 4, so I went for it! I'm still learning, but I'm enjoying it. Coming from The Sims 4, I really wish we could resize some items!
AI is gonna be a huge part of the game now. When you see what text to audio ai can do (park music, ambience, sound effects) and what text to picture ai can do (textures, billboards etc.)... Imagine what more you can do.
The new flat rides that I would like are a Slingshot, Skycoaster, Suspended Top Spin, 200+ Skyscreamer, Zamperla Giant and Giga Discovery
i just play this game on steam sale a week ago and suddenly im so obsessed with this, it was even better than city skyline 2, and i just realised this game came out 10 years ago and i search up about planco 2, i hope we got the chance to play for planco 2

I bought this game on sale and have been loving it, I'm huge sims 3 fan and I know I'm going to be playing this game for a long time, endless game play. The only thing that annoys me is that there aren't more expansions to buy as I also got all 7. I've been watching UA-cam tutorials on how to play the game and it only took a few days to fully understand everything. Also discovering all the channels that showcase player created parks is great and very inspiring, great game and great community.

I would like to see trick track in planet coaster 2. E.G drop track like in Th13teen and switch tracks as well.
Remember my words. PC2 will use a brand new version of the Cobra Engine, and it will include IP tie-ins just like PC1. Some of the issues from PC1 will be “fixed” that were purely limitations of that engine. A new and improved pathing tool, and I’m not sure custom content will be a thing this time around. We can only hope.
GIVE US ACTUAL RIDE OPERATORS THAT CHECK RESTRAINTS

I would say the most wished feature (at least for me) would be to be able to fully customize (any kind of) rides... similar to No Limits 2 (building coasters without being limited to only certain things like it is at the moment). That for example a wooden coaster can have a looping (like "Son of Beast" in Ohio once had) or in general turntables, switch tracks, etc.
Being able to choose the size, the shape of the cabin of freefall towers...etc.
And of course a scaling option for any piece (for scenery and building pieces).
I´d 100% both these things :P

Well that would be amazing, especially for holding the title as the best park simulator of the upcoming competitor Park Studio, which looks fantastic as an Alpha Game. I wish they would announce the new title, lets see. My WISHLIST:
-good dark ride translation
-coaster customazation
-all coaster types (wild mouse, spinning coaster, powered coaster, vekoma FLY coaster)
-better park management
-Restort with Hotels and parking lots for busses and cars

I'm always in awe over the things random people can create. I've been playing these games since the 90's, and I still suck at them lol. Gorgeous parks everyone.
I've seen so many channels pop up this last week, all new players to the game.
More than a wishlist, this is my must list:
1. Actual dark inside buildings without resorting to tricks. In other words, like Park Studio.
2. Transfer tracks, switch tracks, swing launches, etc. In other words, the ability to emulate today’s modern rides in all their forms. This includes even upcoming ones like the Donkey Kong coaster at Universal Studios Japan and Epic Universe.
3. Paths that don’t fight you when trying to build them.
4. At least somewhat easier construction of buildings. Also easier underground construction. It’s a little tedious in PC1.
I agree to all of them unless it won´t mean our piece by piece building is taken away

Im more of a Zoo person, but Im crossing my fingers for Planet Coaster 2 as well! Hoping to see deeper simulation and management gameplay. Something challenging and hard to beat, I love the customization but I craaaave the challenge in these games. Plus anything new might be used for future zoo games as well!

Why not a mix of both? There is zoos with amusement rides or water parks with rides all around the world after all. Make it planet amusement instead of planet zoo / coaster.
@@steinerdaniel1992 well you had a zoo theme in roller coaster tycoon, and I never played with that. I didnt intrique me as much, as playing a zoo tycoon game. I guess you cant make a game so deep that it has both themes. It would be too much work? Idk, Plus I think for a company its better to separate it and sell two games for same price than one game packed with dlc content :D
Do you know why plant coaster was bought so much on May 23? Its due to a discount on steam from the normal price down to $2.32 on steam. That why that spike is much higher than normal.
Give us the ability to drop our own avatar into the park at anytime anyplace that gives us a default head height camera view as well as all the other view options so we can easily check out our builds as they would appear from the guests perspective without having to run or unpause the sim. Make the avatar the equivalent of a walking guest access limited filming tool. This would be a lot easier than a keyboard typed in guest override or guest ride along. Just gout our avatar in the same place as the staff menu or as a special button always available to the OSD/GUI
Today I opened Planet Coaster for the first time in months, and while I was building a coaster living a hell to make it be 10% as smooth as in No Limits 2, I was wondering if Planet Coaster 2 was going to happen, and when I search it up on UA-cam I bump into your video that was uploaded TODAY! Like, coincidence? Hell no, it's fate
haha yeah, the builder for people who are used to NL2 is crazy frustrating
The thing i need is WEATHER and reactions from guests! I used to love hearing the kaching every time someone bought an umbrella on RCT1&2
You know, it’s time to go back to where this channel started, planet coaster was where this channel began, start a new series and see if you can still theme your parks as amazing as you used to!
I have never really left building parks tho. As soon as a theme park lurked around the corner I was there :P

I honestly hope they add projecters and projection mapping. I'm not sure if it's possible with the game engine but if they could it would be awesome.

I have 2 desires:
Simultaneous loading and unloading with possibly more control over station logistics and baggage.
A expansion of the console planco's story mode (which has voice acting unlike PC), and it coming to PC. I want actual scenarios and some of those story mode maps are amazing. It gets great at the end with King Coasters exacting requirements, but I wish it was even harder and there was a lot more like it. I had to challenge myself by combining 3 objectives into one coaster design to add challenge
They just need to release Planet Coaster 1.1 with a few tweaks in the performance and the park manager and I would spend €50 or more again. Planet Coaster One is simply a fantastic game for young and old. Just listening to the music brings back so many great memories. :)
i feel like music is always an indicator to how good a game is!
Personally i would love to see a dark ride coaster similar to mission ferrari or Uncharted at PortAventura
My only hopes is that there would be a modern intamin blitz and a no limits node- style coaster builder. I love the way you are able to build coasters in no limits and the way you are able to theme in PC, so I am hoping for that as an extra thing
I only have so many vacation days... its better for me if its not announced 😅
MY LIST
-stations- smaller stations or double stations like incredicoaster for example or a unload and load station like expedition Everest for example.
-coasters- definitely the option to have other colors and numbers on track rides coasters and flat rides.
-other- mabye some more show options like a show viewing area and mabye parades or water shows for example like world of color. something that i think rct3 i cant remember is building how tall a drop tower is. another thing is the drop on choppers creek i feel like would be better if the drop didnt go on a lift hill before it drops like how the drops are at Disneyland's splashmountain and mabye able to make a smaller track for choppers creak. wheather would be nice to and mabye other gift shops that sells backpacks for people to wear or mabye strollers. well thats my list and this is alot to ask for but hopeing some of it at least happens mostly more shows wheather train colors and the drop on choppers creak
I hope they add multidimensional coasters and a resort feature (zoos, waterparks etc)
Being able to build massive parks would be amazing with a new engine for the second part.
Im so ready to pay a higher price than planco 1 and have the game release with more content. We have got so much stuff in planco 1 that anything less would just feel like a downgrade in mx opinion
