I absolutely love my joetisserie I have made chicken, Thanksgiving turkey, tri tip and going to make a prime rib for Christmas. Thanks for making it look easy.
Man, I only discovered your channel yesterday and already watched most of your videos 😂 awesome job, definitely inspires me to try out some of your cooks, keep’em coming!
I'm not hating on the mayo horseradish. I can't believe I haven't thought of that I'm actually giving it a try tomorrow with some Dukes. There is still a place for Mustard IMHO for ribs and pork butts but Mayo is a sensible alternative for beef. I agree on the Napoleon 64000 baskets, I have two that I use between the Joe and my Napoleon Prestige Pro 665. One of the best accessories out there, right up there with the Fireboard.
Love the Dukes mayo - that's what I use as well. Also love mustard on all things pork but something seems a little off about using it on beef. Right there with you on the fireboard too, I literally got one last week and used it with great success. Probably going to do a video review soon on it! Thanks for watching!
Hi mate, what size KJ are you cooking on? Trying to decide between the Classic and Big Joe... I think Classic should be fine if that's what you're cooking all those massive joints of meat on! Thanks
That's a classic. I went big Joe and love the space when direct grilling but it's considerably more fuel hungry. I sometimes wish I had a classic when I want to do small things like just a single steak or two burgers. Also my big Joe has difficulty getting super hot for things like pizza unless you load the charcoal to the brim and it all burns up in a few min. Still overall love the big Joe and wish it were bigger when grilling a main course and sides at the same time I couldn't do it on anything smaller
Thanks so much for watching! I think you'll love the Joetisserie, it's my favorite accessory for sure. I'm definitely going to do a brisket soon! The only issue lately has been having enough daylight to film from start to finish 😂
I have the classic! It is great for my family. If you think you will occasionally need extra space, they make an extender rack that adds a second level to the classic. I've heard that it's hard to beat the price on Joes at Costco so you might want to seriously consider it! Thanks for watching!
Be careful with those extender racks. I got a great one that was like 250$ but apparently it's both hotter up higher in the dome and screwed up the airflow so the dome thermo isn't correct. Top of all that if I really load it airflow goes to CRAP and I get dirty smoke the whole time. Im giving mine away after 2 years of tested use just not worth it anymore.

Great cook, sounds like you have my kids!!!
Thank you!! Yeah the neighbor's kids were having a ball on the trampoline 😂
You should check out the Malcom reed herb crust recipe I essentially use that recipe every time I do prime rib.
I'll give that a look today! Love all of Malcom's recipes and videos.
That looks amazing
Looks amazing, trying a variation of this shortly.
Right on! I know it’ll be good! Thanks for watching!
Oh yeah looks fantastic nicely done. Hard to beat bone in on the Rotisserie. Those slices look perfect.
Thank you!! Yeah the rotisserie is usually my go to!
I damn near started tearing up when you took that first bite. Looks delicious. Great job 👏🏼
😂😂😂 Thank you!! It was life changing!
looks awesome Max but im doing mine on a weber rotisserie
Thats a great way to go as well! Thanks for watching!
What were the measurements for the mayo, horseradish and worcestershire binder?
It was about one part mayo, one part horseradish, and about 4 “glugs” of worcestershire!
Great video, will be getting a Joetisserie for Xmas! Should I cook rotisserie chicken will the lid closed or opened?
Awesome! You’ll love it! Yes, cook it closed the whole time.
@@KamadoMax love your awesome videos, greetings from Douglasville, GA
I do closed until the very end open it up and let the flame crisp the skin for a sec
Yummy ❤

Thank you! Cheers!
Is that the classic or the big Joe? Costco has a good price on them right now but I don’t know which one to get. Also, Is that table custom?

How many adults would this feed?
I think you could feed 4-5 depending on how thick you sliced it. Thanks for watching!
Just bought two roasts.
Spare ribs Fried Chicken pork chops ham hock
Every type of meat
Ugh! Please watch Alison Roman , Alton Brown, Kenji Alt-Lopez on how to season your rib roast. Otherwise, liked your effort.
Why you killing that beautiful piece of meat? Look what they've done to my boy. 😢
