I think Hawaii has 2 week quarantine before you can skateboard around. Seems like a place to go and plan on staying! I love these rental tours! Thanks for bringing us along!
This is why I haven’t moved to SF, despite wanting to. Here in Reno half a million dollars gets me a 2500 sq ft house. I just don’t know how people survive there with the cost of living. Also, I don’t think I’d want to live in the tenderloin. Love these tours though. Maybe one day I’ll have enough money to live there
Totally agree. Im probably old fashioned but the cement ceiling reminds me of a car park. I cant imagine paying all that for a little box. Extortionate rents
@@YAZZYUTUBE I agree the building is modern, but it's not going to help if the area is still years behind, with homelessness, crime, and drugs. I live 2 blocks from this building in the tenderloin, and a couple of new buildings have gone up, but the new buildings hasn't done anything as far as bringing a positive impact to the area.
If I was in your shoes I would get the first one on this video, everything is new and you have a washer and dryer inside seemed nice for SF at 2k. I have no idea about SF and if the location is nice.
Don't know where you live, but the tenderloin as it is called is just what it is tender. 50 blocks of SAN FRANCISCO, that's laced with drugs, prostitution, homelessness, and crime. I have proof, simply because I live in the tenderloin, and just because you throw a multi million dollar building among the poor crime area, does not mean that the well off is coming. If they do, it will be a quick visit, after they have to walk over human and dog waste, hear fireworks and gun shots, kick needles to the curb and sometime catch the user pricking their vein to enter drugs, and someone getting stabbed. For many years the tenderloin has been a thorn to the city!
@@donaldtansier5477 I don't live in SF and only seen the building in the video that looks nice. Like I said I don't know how the area is there. Wow lol after reading your comment that's too bad to hear. Didn't know how bad the area was
Is it really the TL? Seems more like mid market to me. I liked this apartment, also 50 Jones has a fitness center. Also, an washer/dryer within the unit is huge I love that.
Until they do something about the human waste, drug user, and drug dealers, the well off are staying away. Especially now with so many places becoming available else where for cheaper.
50 JONES meets my needs. Full refrigerator. Loved the concrete ceilings. Small but not tiny. Awesome appliances. I was not a fan of the NO TUB! I have disabilities so I love my soaking tub. Wasn't a fan of being so close to the ground in the second unit. Living up high one is removed from some of the noise. I actually like the card swipe elevators as it keeps the rift raft out especially in the Tenderloin. All I'd need to move in is a one bedroom with bathtub on a higher floor with a courtyard view. I would not want a street view because, last thing I want to see outside my windows are dirty drug addicted wino's drug addict homeless people living in tents.
Yeah but if you are a techie making $130,000 you'd be living BIG in that little place. I just checked with HR if I moved to SF my pay would bump up to $141,000 that would make a nice one bedroom there in that place down right cheap for me. I'd rather buy a condo however. I like owning not renting. I'd own in the Tenderloin Homeless people, drunks and dope addicts don't scare me.
