Really appreciate the detailed walk thru - just replaced the starter on my 2003 Toyota Camry using the instructions in this video. Saved me the cost of a tow and labor at a shop. 😊
I just did this today and I only had to remove the air box and take one of the battery cables off. It’s a little more cramped that way but you don’t have to take so much apart.
ilm try to do it myself but , dont you need shims for alligin? and how to know how much pressure add if i dont have 27 pressure wrench? thank you in advance
ive been hearing horror stories of replacement starter gears falling off and people having to spend 2 grand pulling the tranny just to get the gear out. have you heard of that happening alot?

@@cowboy399 yeah, this was a quick and easy replacement compared to other vehicles I’ve replaced, which you have to take the intake manifold off lol
Great video steps by steps, camry is a great car thanks for sharing.
no problem!
All starters should be this easy to replace in a reachable place
Touché 😆

@NutzAboutBolts I'll keep it in mind , thank you for the reply
I love my 07 Accord, I wish Honda made the starter this way for the K24.
Lol I know right? That’s why I love Toyota, they give you so much room to work with.
