    *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

    Great video, lost 4 stone and dropping from a 44 inch waist to 36inch waist following your videos. Found I am getting stronger and fitter plus improving my endurance by dropping the weight to either a 12 or 14 kg bells. Not bad for 58 year old.

    Superb set of videos. They've really got me inspired again to get fit. I download them to my phone and head off into my shed :0) The quick work outs are ideal before going to work. Thanks for taking the time to do the videos.
    What interval timer are you using on your phone?

      Awesome! Thanks for your positive feedback & way to get back it! We use the Seconds App interval timer, pro version, but you can try the free version to start. The pro version is well worth it, because you can save your timers.

    This one really get the blood pumping! I say do this for 4 more sets and it's a good hitt workout overall
