I think the field margins are left as wildlife corridors.., enhancing biodiversity since the massive decline in insects in farmland since later half of the 20th cent... Mechanisations. It's become more commonplace in the UK too. Best wishes. Monty.
A beautiful looking start to the walk, before all the roads ;-) Cool canal side camp and loved the early morning mist over the canal in the morning. Yep the bird song backing track was cool. Great film :-)
Well done guys. Trail looks great - especially the start. Great to see the wild strips being left. Good to see ye back on the road :)
Enjoyed the video. Thanks for sharing.
Haha I love how to start, Carl would close the gate for the video and now he's just like "come on". :p
I'm walking this way soon. Thanks for the info. One of your best vids yet imo
Great to see you back walking. Looking forward to the Beara way video.
great to see you guys out and about again :)
So good to stretch the legs again! I’d almost forgotten what the birds are like in the mornings 🎶

It was such an incredible morning to walk through! Our reward for waking up at six to pack up the tent before we got in anybody's way!
I like the birdsong bonus track
They were so loud, it was incredible! ♥️
Princess Margaret's husbands parents had a large titled home there
Very nice... Just to remark. Never preen in front of camera. Video is about Offaly Way... Or maybe it is a blog??
