    GT has become the “cruiser” board which is great. No expectations, not for speed, just enjoying the ride 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

      @@therealbergexperience5640 the GTS (as nice as it is to have that much power/stability in higher speeds) the range anxiety is real… which sucks the vibe out of the ride when you want to just keep riding.
      I’m looking into an eskate as well that has both power/range and that would replace my GT, and I’ll keep the GTS for those quick speed sesh

    My buddy in Oregon just got his FloatWheel yesterday. He bought it back in December. Sold his GT to get it. I have 4 XRs and a PINT X. Only reason I haven't gotten a GT-S or FloatWheel is because I have a bench stock of XR Bang Bumpers and other parts. It's the aftermarket availability of parts that's important to me. Bang Bumpers are available for GT-S but I can't get them on the FloatWheel. In time, maybe they will. Flight Fins are also important to me so it isn't just TFL out there puttin' in work.
    However, let's be honest, without TFL no one would ever have had a need for a 2nd identical OneWheel. Meaning, the only reason FFM has even sold X amount of OneWheels, (400k low estimate), is because of TFL. Without Jeff, and his team, these devices wouldn't be what they are. They wouldn't be able to do what they are doing on them, with them... If customers were still forced to use flat wooden footpads, on stock Vega tires, the world would be a much less interesting place.

    • @therealbergexperience5640
      @therealbergexperience5640  8 місяців тому +1

      For sure. TFL play a huge party in the community. I hate that Bohdi isn’t there any more. FM definitely stole a valuable piece and neither have been the same. Content wise. N I feel like FM did it on purpose. To hurt TFL after they made a few videos using the float wheel. It’s rough.

    What’s good my brother. I pulled the trigger. Got a used Veteran Sherman with only 300 miles on it. So I am now selling my Onewheel GT with all accessories. I’m still learning. It’s not easy to learn. But I am going to get it. Thanks for all of your videos man. You are the best. I aspire to be just like you. Don’t get the GTS or float wheel. Save your money. Onewheels are over priced and extremely slow as well as more dangerous. Do you have any idea what you’re getting? I chose Sherman because of the speed (50 mph) long range (100 miles) and it’s built like a tank. It’s harder to learn due to the heavy weight but I wasn’t trying to get something small to then out grow it and buy bigger. I also got a great deal on it.

      My guy!! You got a beast too. I almost went with the same one. I ended up going with the Veteran Lynx since it was a little lighter. I hope you videoing the journey. I’d love to see it. I have to go through the same thing as you. Learn the new wheel. It’s going to be mission but I’m ready. All appreciate you homie 🙌🏾

    Your getting the Lynx right?
    I have an EUC and an XR. My number one recommention is practice. It took me 10mins to ride the XR comfortable in parking lot.
    It took me an hour with no aids to learn how to get on and stay on my V11 for 10ft. I was exhausted. Once you get it its worth it. Practice on the EUC 10 times more than your Onehweel. Big and small circles. Hard braking. Swirving. Curb drops. Going up curbs etc. Everything you can think of, practice. If your Lynx doesn't fail its pretty difficult to wreck. There are multiple warnings you can't miss. Every wreck I've had has been my fault and not one was a cutout. Personnally I think EUCs are safer but the consequences for wrecking at speed are greater.
    Can't wait to see your vids....

    My feelings are mutual big bro....I could have bought the S-series or even now with the trade in but dude my Gt rocks. The range is awesome. My top speed is almost 27 with the haptic update with custom shaping theirs no stopping me. I'm pushing 700 miles . I'll be at my first 1k mi before I know it. I've invested so much time & money in upgrades for performance & for visuals. It would be so hard to part with her honestly. I couldn't imagine not having my Gt. This trade in deal is good for riders who don't ride much with boards they barely use or are bricked or not in use anymore & they have the extra thousands to add to it... im good ill stay happy with what I have 🤙

    Thank you so much for your video. I've been going back and forth, cause I have an XR and a GT. They only have about 950 miles each. I don't typically ride more than 6 to 8 miles but have gone as far as 12 mi. I be thinking extra speed would be nice and I don't ride my xr anymore since I got the GT. They are both almost stock with just fangs in the front and different rear foot pad. I'm still undecided 🤦🏾‍♂️

    • @CayoticProphet
      @CayoticProphet 8 місяців тому +2

      If you have a 4208 or 4209 XR, keep it. You can easily upgrade the battery on those. I have 4 XRs, each one has it's purpose. 26 miles in a day, 2 charges, is my current record.

    • @therealbergexperience5640
      @therealbergexperience5640  8 місяців тому +1

      So for the XR I think it’s $850 so you would basically be paying GT money with the trade in. I guess it’s just a matter of how much do you want that GTS. N it is nice to have 2 boards just in case. Not an easy decision. For that money you could get a pretty nice EUC and keep both your boards.
