Much respect! I also read your January ejuggle article and confess that I was THAT GUY. (I can't find another place to leave you a comment about THAT so I'll do it here and hope you see it.) In regards to your article.... NICE! Well explained, well reasoned, completely makes sense. I was the one, ... years ago..., who practiced a zillion hours in front of a camera until I got it on film. Could I ever do it again even? Nah. But I loved capturing it on video. I had so many tricks/moves that I Iiterally just wanted to nail a single time (kinda like a bucket list) and then I would move on. I agree with what you explained in your article completely; but for me, I also found that having a bucket list of "stuff to get on video" kept me SUPER motivated to just get out there and do the practice time. And, of course, that practice time helped so many other more "mundane" juggling things improve--as you pointed out! Bottom line: fantastic article. Thank for sharing it. (Caveat: When I was that film-it-till-you-catch-it person, I was older than you by I'm guessing 20+ years at least?? So at that time, my time management and headspace was different.) Keep up your awesome juggling and sharing, friend.
