Jonah Botvinick-Greenhouse - IJA Cascade of Stars 2017

Here is a video of my performance from IJA this year. As you can probably tell, my arm was bothering me during the show. I overused it that week and during this performance I was massaging it and stretching it to prevent it from seizing up. Even though my arm was injured, I was pretty happy with the performance, although I did have to cut out all (but 1) of the 720s in my routine because they were very bad for my arm. Enjoy!

I have stumbled on a crazy part of the internet yet again. I have never juggled in my life, and watching you guys (all you IJA savants), I am absolutely dumbfounded. I could tell that your arm was bothering you, but your performance still left my jaw on the ground and my eyes slightly de-focused. Amazing!
