Every drive that went left, my heart broke a little more for you. Of all the UA-cam Golfers, there isn't anyone I want to see succeed more. Keep pressing, keep showing up, proud of you for hanging in there. Looking forward to the rebound, you 100% got this!

Really was pretty decent except for drives. Made 2 birdies from the wrong fairway. Sunk a few putts. Played the par 3s well. Thanks for the video! I really enjoy this kind of tournament content.

This is for everyone who doesn't know how hard it is to be a pro golfer. It is truly one of the hardest GRINDS in the world.. Especially when so many amazing golfers are on that same line

It’s a “grind” when your work ethic exceeds your talent . To many are just very very good golfers but not pro golfers and fail to have the self awareness to realize that so they continue the “grind”

In the early 90"s i played on the HOOTERS TOUR. I could not believe some of these guys were going 9-10 under par on some rounds. Final score 26 under on some tough tracks , and this was considered mini-tour in the south. The competition has only gotten more brutal.

Great video Ben! As you said the driver is the one making you struggle to shoot better scores. Maybe it's just me but I feel like you are always trying to crush the ball 100% of the times when driving it. I feel like hitting it at 85-95% would help you a lot keeping the ball on fairways more often. Your irons are definitely your strength so fairways would make your life easier.

Ben have you ever tried taking full length swings with driver at less than 50% effort just to feel the face. I swing it pretty fast as well and taking down to 20 or 30% effort has really helped me to control the face at impact on regular swings. to me it's kind of like taking jump shots really close to the basket to work on form. Anyways, way to grind it out even a negative experience like this can be a positive in the future!

Love your content man. But one thing i found myself wondering while watching the video. Is that the course isnt long, youre a big hitter and youre struggling with the driver. Why not just start hitting a long iron off the tee for position, youre still going to have mid to short iron into most of those par 4's. Either way good content.. Best of luck out there!

The fact that you were playing most balls out of the rough and in the trees and still managed plenty of impressive saves. Once that Driver gets dialed come tournament time you’ll be 5 under per round easily. The short approach shots made my jaw drop with the amount of precision you had.

With how good your iron play, wedge play, putting and overall short game was... I might just see what it would look like to put the ball in play and give yourself more chances. These big swings with your 3 wood and driver weren't really it for this course IMO. You gotta figure out a way to tighten up your tee ball... hell, with your speed a 2 iron that goes 280 would be perfect for most par 4's I gotta imagine.

Once the nerves are jangled that bad they don't unjangle so easy. Good start on day 2. But the first twitch the nerves just let loose again. From experience if you were nervous during those practice days instead of convincing yourself you were not, it MIGHT have gone better.

Hang in there, Ben! Idk if this will help at all, but I've found that practicing with a long iron teed about an inch off the ground really helps sort my driver out. It makes the setup similar and your miss zone is way smaller. If you can flush a 2 iron straight from an inch off the ground, you can hit your driver straight in the center. Maybe start looking at the gear if everything else in your bag is working. In any case, just keep grinding, you've got it in you
