Thank for your highly informative series of videos, which have been very useful.
I’ve tried installing 2 keypads as shown with a Euro46 panel.
The Euro-064, which came with the panel has installed OK as Keypad [00] and works fine.
However, the second keypad is a Eur-068 and this fails to connect to the panel.
Powering it up results in a “Please wait” message.
Pressing “D” for 5 seconds and entering “2000” allows me to assign it to Keypad [01].
However, when I press “A” to save the configuration, the keypad flashes up the Version information and then displays a blank screen, which although illuminated shows no information.
I assumed the Keypad was faulty and had this replaced by the supplier. Unfortunately the replacement does exactly the same.
I've tried removing the power from the panel and doing a clean start, setting it to 2002 Grade 2 but this has had no effect.
It seems unlikely both keypads have the same fault - any advice would be appreciated thanks.
Is it likely the main panel is faulty?
Thanks to watch my video if you repeat same step which I show in this video should work. If not work tried to program single keypad hope this make help

Thanks for your reply.
I’ve managed to get it to work now. I discovered addresses [01] - [05] were set to [2] - Not Used under the ASSIGN KEYPADS AND READERS menu. Now I’ve set it to [0] - LCD keypads, the second keypad is working.
What language is that your speaking

Can the control panel be configured via computer software or can it only be configured from the keyboard?
Is there a way to have the display showing when an area is set ?
You need go to Engineering mode and go system option - site option - system display in here you can set name
@@seiluk tried that but the display goes off once it’s set and the customer doesn’t know it’s set as there’s no indication on the keypad like ‘ area b set etc it’s just blank
@@MrTom1379 ok go to display and keep press no then you see display when set if show no then press D to show yes
