Actually in the army they teach you to resist the urge to breathe fast, instead after a sprint or a run, breathe slowwly - you won't die, but your hearth rate slows down so you can shoot accurately without shaking, faster.
@Stefan, good job missing the point entirely yes we know a slowed heart rate improves accuracy with a rifle, but is there anyone in this video shown to be engaged in an active theater of war? No, this video is purely for sport. So lets go back to what Drawn said. If you deprive your body of oxygen from physical activity, your rate of breathing goes up to accommodate the bodies need for greater supply of oxygen which is why the heartrate increases in order to pump blood throughout your body faster so that the hemoglobin in the blood can carry that oxygen to replenish your body faster. People who are more fit are able to stabilize their breathing more rapidly than obese people who can't run around the block without passing out or collapsing due to exhaustion. The last thing you would want to do is artificially deprive your body of oxygen by slowing your breathing. Yes we know this slows the heart rate so you can have greater accuracy as a rifle marksman, but nobody in this video is trying to fire any guns. Dawn was just trying to say that how rapidly a person can stabilize their breathing is in fact a really good measure of how fit that person is. Video is about downhill offroad biking. That's all. None of this "Enemy at the Gates" type of rifle sniping is going here. Your "In The Army Now with Pauly Shore" type of comment doesn't belong on this video.

can we take a moment to hate on all the comments that say ‘can we take a moment to appreciate ___’
@@commie281 Yes please
Totally, it's one of the many things I like about the video
Let’s take a moment to appreciate the people who set up the trail
Shepherds, sheep, goats and cows? 😅
Earth?
People on a ATV/Snowscooter?
Yeah so true
They underpaid guys who do it everyday for skiers anyway?
The way everyone keeps sliding after they fall leads me to believe that this hill is steeper than gopro gives it credit for
The GoPro captured the angle pretty good but not the ice
@@test-zg4hv also gravity
@@OswaldM_14 it’s pretty funny to me you don’t know gravity is already a factor in the things he mentioned
@@keycold4624 What do you mean?
@@test-zg4hv I think to hard sometimes
Beautiful scenery. It seemed like only you two were competing. Others were having fun and being careful with their lives
I can’t believe how every one is worried about dying and this guy: and for the sponcer of today...😂🤣😂
طماع 🤣
When did that happen I didn't watch the whole video
You only live once make the most of it. If i was in shape and had the chance I'd what the hell am i talking about i wouldn't do this screw that.

This was just a random UA-cam recommendation and you watched this entire 40 min video.
And so did I.
God! I didn't even realize until I saw your comment lol

And then you also realize, WAIT.....
He's been riding like that for friggin 40 MINUTES
I CANT EVEN RIDE LIKE THAT FOR 5
Edit: sry, I made mistake
I CANT RIDE LIKE THAT AT ALL
Cucumber Rain He ride for more, is edited
I did it on 2x speed though
i don’t know what this is or why it was recommended to me. but now it’s on my bucket list.
I'd be dead in the first five minutes, because I absolutely suck at riding bikes.
Also on my bucket list
Count me in!
Same it was recommended to me I wanna do it but I’m bad at riding bikes and i would die in like 10 mins 🤣
Same
11:00 bro sounds like he's about to pass out but still promotes the merch. Had me dead! xD
Me: ok this is cool but there's no way I'm watching 43 minutes of it
Me 43 minutes later: oh

Il love the fact that while riding, he starts promoting the website with a very smooth transition. "oh, all this mud and snow makes me think of the mudguards on owlaps."
not even Linus from LTT can do it any better 😂

You are not part of the meme council I see
You are a normal average persin who doesn't know the 69 meme

UA-cam: here that's for you I heard u like it
I did like it lmao

The algorithm knows so much mire about this video than its about bikes. It knows the feeling it gives you and that you like that feeling. Thats why it was recomended, not necesarily cause its about bikes

The most impressive part of this whole thing is how he managed to keep wiping his camera for us while going down a steep mountain at highway speed
Even more impressive at 10:54, he's casually plugging his website. Even the transition is seemless: "All that snow and mud reminds me you can buy mudguards on owlaps.com, and also cool stickers and tshirts..." 😅
I was watching a short of this video without knowing about where I could find the full version. I've never found out about this amazing video before, it's just came out on my facebook-vid. But I promise to myself that I will find it. Now I watching it completly and you are so cool to never give up and finish it although your bicycle had a trouble.
Everyone else: don't hit a rock and die
