J3PO - Softube Model 84 - "Delorean Fantasy"

- @SoftubeStudios has just released their new synth, "Model 84" and I'm really excited about it! In essence, it is a highly detailed recreation of the Juno-106. They had me design some of the factory presets for the synth and in this video, I constructed a song using only the Model 84 synthesizer (except for the drum samples). This synth is super fun and easy to use, and just sounds great right out of the box. I hope you enjoy my Synthwave-y tune "Delorean Fantasy" in this video.

Such good writing and arrangement! If you don't mind me asking, what samples are you using for the drums? Really like the way the body of the snare fits in this mix!
Will your sound pack make me a better player?
I think the answer is decidedly not. I know on my OB-6, instead of practicing I just sit there mashing out m7 chords on preset 250 from your OB-6 pack and get no actual shedding done ever. Such is life. But I still blame you for making that sound so damn good.

Magnificent video and song demo ! At 12 secs I clearly see the master volume down on your amazing REV2 ;-) It is very, very hard to imaging that all the sounds are coming from a plugin and not from your hw synth. Can you please tell if you are using *any other effects or routing to sound like this* ? You mention everything comes from the plugin, except the drums, but any other secret sauce somewhere ?
I own many great plugins from lots of different companies, and I just knew this one. A big thank you a lot for doing a great demo for this, I will definetely check out the plugin. Regards !
You are correct that the master volume is down on the Rev 2, because I'm using it as a MIDI controller in this video ;) All the sounds are coming from the Model 84 except for the drums. There is definitely a healthy dose of processing going on in the mix. It'd be way too much to disclose all of that here in this message. But, to get you started, I used some nice reverbs on the Model 84 like the (free) Valhalla SuperMassive as well as UAD's Lexicon 224. For delay, Soundtoys Echoboy. Various EQ and compression on the subgroups and always a Fab Filter Pro L-2 to finish things off!

Could be great if you mentioned the presets you used while playing them.
Is that REV2 acting as a controller, or are those parts played by it?
a quicl look at the master volume knob should have answered that stupid question
