Ivan and MJ, I'm Mexican from San Diego Ca, yes we make all kinds of different tacos, Birria,carnitas,pollo,carne asada,carne molida,lengua,cabeza, papas, we use anything we find basically in our fridge. Lol but the toppings I like putting inside my tacos are, tomate,cilantro,crema,cotija , guacamole and salsa de ajbol (home made of course). But that looks good. Made me hungry.

You need to try carne asada fries!Carne asada fries is grilled strips of steak,beans,sour cream and guacamole.Over here in the US it's very popular at small local Mexican food places.You can make your own too.

Nachos are such a delicious meal and you definitely need jalapeños in it. Oh, yes we eat tacos with many different fillings and we tend to make them with every part of the animal (except the bones). 🤣
