I am 65 years old and fitness level wise I am regularly walking 6 km in 1hour....no major physical and mental illness.....no previous experience of trekking...... CAN I DO THIS TREK..... please share your suggestions ❤
Completed Brahmatal, Bedni and Ali bugyal in 3 days on 23rd December. The ascent to Gharoli Patal was the most difficult part of the trek.
Tip: Don't plan your trek from Mid October to Mid December because green grass will be gone and its too early for snow.
is mid march a good time to do this trek?
@@adityamadhusudhan1918 March is good as the forest area will be covered with Rhododendron Flowers ( Pink and white). But the Bugyals (Meadows) will not be as green as one can experience in Pre and Post Monsoon season.

Hello sir does this trek has any river crossing thing?
No this doesn't have a river crossing. You only cross the Neel Ganga on the first day of the trek, but that is over a bridge. You don't encounter any other river on the trek.

Is it possible to treak in ali with a 6yrs old child
Wouldn't recommend that. He / she would be too young for this trek. We would recommend the Dayara Bugyal trek for such a young child, it is easier and as rewarding. We would also recommend choosing the right time of the year -- between October and early December -- if you're trekking with a child, so that you have clear weather.

ttrek with them and youll not complain! after the trek finishes youll feel how comfotable they made you almost like someone carrying you on your shoulders! THE FOOD IS THE BEST PART.
