ELITE PANELS INSTALLED IN A POOL ENCLOSURE

An Elite panel covered patio creates a spectacular outdoor living space and can keep you cool in the summer.
This Elite panel roof was installed by Florida Pool Enclosure and they did a nice job installing these Elite panels. The job was done fast and the quilty of workmanship was amazing!
Elite panels are the best roof to keep you cool. You can get a panel made to have a fan beam that runs down the middle of that panel so you can install a ceiling fan.
Florida Pool Enclosures don't install the fan for you it's left up to the owner to do that or hire an electrician.

Are the panels level or is there a slight incline? I just had an extended lanai installed with a slight pitch and I'm trying to decide between a hugger fan or one with a down rod.

They have a slight inclined so water rolls of into gutters. Nothing that the eye can see. Hugger fan is best for this.

Was the header sealed prior to installation? How do you screw and seal the header to the top of the panel with the flashing already installed? Were the screws measured out or just eyeballed? Not very good workmanship.

There is a track that the panels sit on. All sealed. Installed just like the old one that was on there for 30 years. Never had a proplem.
