The Fly Street AirRaid jacket is a perfect piece for summer. There’s diamond mesh throughout the jacket, with accents of abrasion resistant nylon fabric in key areas.
It’s a straightforward piece beyond that, cut to be comfortable in the ride position and packing Velcro cuff and waist adjusters for more refinement. You get volume adjusters on the arm too, for even better fit.
And if you want to take the AirRaid past the summer months, a Hydraguard removable liner inside provides a bit of water and wind protection.
We’ve got an XL here, one size up from my usual large, and it’s definitely too big, especially the arm length and the volume. The hydra liner is a pretty simple design, not much too it and it’s light.
It’ll be a decent warm weather option for sure, and I’d be interested to see how a large or even medium feels as far as fit is concerned.
