For real, Jari said that where? I thought it was between 2004 and 2006, thanks for providing this info, it makes sense for the kind of songwriting, cheers mate \m/
@@metalanthologyI've seen interviews of Jari mentioning it, but you can find One with the Shadows demos in the time package, he said that he added a couple of new sections in the song to make the song fit the Time album more
Haaaa that’s why, I’m still not up to date with the time package, barely discovering it after spinning Time II for the last two days with all the other bands I need to listen to. Thanks Will for your input, the song is amazing, curious to hear the demo version too. Later mon chum 😎🤘🏼
all the songs created by Jari wintersun are beyond our expectations as ordinary people.... Jari makes songs with full of feelings along with ideas and experiences ...each lyrics has a story line and fits the song ..only people who judge music can feel it
Awesome song with awesome solos and awesome singing. What more can I say. I think you should have included Ominous Clouds with this video, to me Ominous Clouds feels like more of an outro to this song than it does an intro to Storm (though it does work well to bridge the two songs).
Splendid song and my biggest surprise on the album tbh 🖤! Ominous Clouds is delightful and yes I should have include that interlude on one of those videos but I thought it wouldn’t be sincere to react to it since I already listen to it before getting to Storm and I always do first reaction videos, I was conflicted internally hahah 🫠! Thanks for your input mate, cheers 🤘🏼
Cheers l'ami \m/
You mean like something was missing from Time 1? Yeah neither half is complete. Do yourself a favor and make a playlist with Time 1 and 2 back to back and listen to the whole thing. It's the way it was meant to be.
This song has the same atmosphere of Land of Snow and Sorrow.
There is a feeling of sadness and regret mixed with hate, which ironically is beatiful.
Yeah I think it channeled those emotions too and, in this one, we get two incredible guitar solos on top of the beautiful vocal lines 🤘🏼🖤
This song was written way back in 1998

Really love this song, that inteo solo reminds me of John Petrucci's playing a lot
Yes especially the last ascending licks, well said! A whole damn lot of feeling into these solos, delightful, cheers Henry 🤘🏼🖤
I was going to say the song is incredible, but i'm stuck on how cool that Sauron mic looks.
Hahaha thanks, I shopped a lot to find this gem, we just see half of it on the videos. The song is freaking incredible too, those solos 😱, cheers 🤘🏼🖤
This is my favorite from the album. How can someone say it's just ok?
I don’t know, that song seemed it went under the radar but it’s so beautiful I think. I’m really digging it, stellar guitars and vocals 🖤🤘🏼

I don't know why but i feel something is missing from this album.
Maybe it's the fact that Time I and II were not supposed to be separate entities but one album. Give it time and I think it will settle on you
Listening to time 1 and 2 back to back is amazing. It especially gives Silver Leaves such a satisfying catharsis @@winkuli
@@DyingKlokateerdefinitely agree this is best way to experience the music
@@DyingKlokateerbut has to be Time I 2.0, the new version sounds so good
