And I'm not taking credit away from the crochet channels that existed before you but yours gives this more young, modern and fun vibe to crocheting. 💜

Omgggg Idkkkk I feel shorts and skirt look really cute for acrylic yarn that your using rn I suppose shorts would be better if it’s for the summer time skirt if you wear it in the fall but if you made the granny squares with cotton yarn you should make like a cover up skirt for a bathing suit or shorts so you won’t be hot in the summer it really depending on the weather and how easily you get hot

There’s another UA-camr I follow that does treble crochet for scrunchies so I tried that out and I like it. I do agree with you that I notice people asking for patterns a lot. My thought is that if I can’t easily find someone’s patterns then they clearly do not want to share or are not sharing it yet. It’s ok. I’m def going to try out your loc sock tutorial and I will for sure reference you! It should be all love and NO competition 🩷🩷
My yarn is hanging out in cube storage in a closet in my son’s room upstairs. LOL, luckily the kid has somewhere else to put his clothes, the hope it to turn his room into a craft room eventually. One thing that I did try early in my crochet/knitting hobby is getting the under bed storage things from Bezos and using those for yarn. Only issue is out of site out of mind. I’ve been trying to use up my stash and just when I feel like I’ve got it under control, bam, a bin of yarn under the bed. Be better than me 😂

Editing advice as a viewer: Not hating like love your videos & personality but for me personally as a viewer there’s two things that I would say are my pet peeves for any UA-camr: when they don’t look in the camera & when there’s no music while they’re talking. Not looking in the camera makes me feel like the person isn’t talking to me but someone behind me to the side lol. & we all know that happens cuz we wanna see what we looking like, if we in the frame, etc, but that’s makes your eyes look off to the side, not at the lense (us). So it would just make like more of a connection to me if ppl look in the camera it makes it feel like you’re looking in my eyes like talking to me yk. & for the music I think like low volume (so it doesn’t drown out what you’re saying but like we can still hear it) lofi or whatever music you like would just add a lil background noise like to make up for pauses or just have something going on in rambles which we love but yk ppl got short attention spans. Especially like this video like talking while crocheting, music behind it would be perfect. Like yk how ppl can’t gts without something playing? Like whether it’s music, a show, white noise, a freakin fan 😂 etc, it’s kinda the same idea to me like the background silence be loud to me lol. You’re not the only one I’ve commented this on cuz there’s a lot of UA-camrs I love that don’t do either of these things & im still gonna support & watch but its still a pet peeve nonetheless. I’ll still give this info too on other ppls videos cuz maybe ppl don’t even think about these things when editing yk. Great video young lady, newly subscriber here. I did want to give my opinion and advice on something. I see that you say you feel ways because you think someone is recreating your UA-cam style. In my opinion, all UA-camrs take from one another. I see it all the time. I wouldn't feel a way about it, if it was me I'd be happy that someone is inspired by my content. I have crocheted for 12 years and have had people recreate things that I have done multiple times, of course at first I felt ways. The older I have gotten I have realized that it is enough things out here for everyone. There will never be just one person doing one thing. This will be something you look at back at and consider it silly. I also see a lot of people commenting on to this topic as well and is coming off as being shady. I don't think it is fair for everyone to be coming at one person and they are not here to defend themselves. And that is if they're even are doing what is speculated. I also don't think in the long run it would be a good look to be one of those creators that allows or that entertains their supporters that indulge in that kind of behavior. To me it just comes off as mean and bullying. Again, I loved the video. This is just my take on it.

One thing that helps keep the space and makes yarn look more organized is a yarn hammock hanging from the ceiling. Trust it looks a while lot better
