Cleaning the head only takes a few minutes. Loosening the charge electrode or adjusting the ink stream in the gutter is something you should only have to do very seldom. Its not a bad idea to give it a quick cleaning every day before startup, just to make sure everything goes smoothly
Lifesaver! Just had to do this on an ax150. You need good lighting to do it though!!! 😳😂

No, what the gutter does is to return the unused ink to the printer.

I have Domino a200 printer. how to clean nozzle? I put nozzle in make-up and vibrate for 30 minutes, result it's clean, but not completely

Why gytter dry problem is coming in a series domino printer.
Ink stream is not flowing into the gutter. Try aiming the stream as outlined in the video
