I v experienced travelling Business class, I v found one of the best Bus service in Pakistan. May Allah gives more success to them as they are Facilitating ease and comfortable to the people of Pakistan.

No doubt seats are good and comfortable. Bus is also comfortable. But no internet , no curtains to make cabin , not even head phones . Cleanliness is also not proper.

I came back from Sawat on Fasal movers business class.As we arrived on lahore terminal I requested the staff please allow me to sit inside because it was too hot outside I was with my family.I need to order Uber but the man incharge didn't allow me to sit inside for 10 min
Please try to help your future customers.You can do it.
They have passanger waiting lounge. They did their job, after dropping of passangers the driver needs to park bus at depot.
Why should they allow you to wait inside if the journey ends, you may wait at waiting lounge
Please also add in safety feature in your presentation because safety also very important safety and what is the criteria about safety bus companies are follows

Two week ago I travel on this bus it's really Good Islamabad to Lahore ..but traveling time around 5 houre and more
Today 7 march 2022 i traveld by fasial movers time 11:30Am sorry i forgot the bus no from bahawalpur to islamabad bought business class ticket worth 2500 Rs so horrible experience driver and hostess' was rude service was very poor my seat buttons were not working enterance door was not working now you think what service they are providing so disappointing i will never ever travel again😡😡

Aap bhi apnay fleet mein vavo Mercedes MAN busses ka ezafa karo. Takay dunya say muqabala ho. Sb say zeyda khanay ka meyar barhao. Bus mein jo boxes refreshment kay daytay ho us mein ye chips cup cack ko change karein chicken patice aor cheeze patice say.
Mein nay pakistan mein jitni bhi busses meal provide ker rahi hein un mein no 1 KAINAT bus service lagi.
Jo bhi market mein jota hay woh en comments ko parh kay hi apni kami aor qamiyon ko door kerta hay. Kunkay ye positive competition ka doar hay.

We have quite a bad experience of travelling by selecting this bus service. Driver was driving recklessly & caused multiple vomits. Stops & washrooms were very dirty & unhygienic, even though we have to pay additionally for every toilet facility.😢

Recently I travelled by Faisal movers from Karachi to Islamabad
My experience was very horrible whether it is executive or the Super Executive . The incliners are not working seats are not comfortable station where they are staying their rest room are pathetically dirty , and the breakfast they are providing is of very low quality and low quantity .I will never suggest anyone to use this service for travel.

Faisal mover buses never depart on time and never arrive on time at destination. They own good condition buses but they make their stop on third class hotels, where the passengers are looted. For example, at moro stop while going from Karachi to Lahore. Even at sohrab goth bus terminal in Karachi, faisal mover tik shop is looting te pessengers. For example, a pepsi can is being sold for Rs. 90 while it is available for just Rs. 60 in whole karachi. The worst thing of Faisal mover is that the drivers run AC in full in the month of January just to avoid himself not sleep on wheel.
