It might have been installed when the house was built in 1989, I moved there 2002, and it is still working excellently - but, the overheating protection easily releases on "high" setting, I always use it on "low". Regular cleaning is necessary too, of course. I know nothing about prices, new or used, and cannot advise on that, but this individual machine as served very well indeed.

What is that what you do in the end when you put the tool in the little hole ... I'm now in that particular point and I keep twiggeling my screwdriver but nothing happens. Please answer me asap. Thanks.

There is where you find the reset button, a bit tricky to engage, but possible. Even without dismantling the tumbler drum!

It really is not easy... After dismantling the drum once, and seeing the location of the button, it is a trifle easier doing it through the small aperture. But you cannot tell whether you've succeeded until heat comes when you've started the tumbler. Sometimes it takes me 10-15 trials to get it right...

I dismantled it all the way and found the button. But it didnt work anyway. I think the heating system is broken.
