You're right that it's a trash take, but you're over estimating melee bowser. He only has grounded up b and ledge attack
@@busk0966 I’d say max is 4, if you count fair and side b, which aren’t terrible but decent enough to be used as mix ups. It’s sucks he’s not better in melee, I love how the ground shakes every time he wave dashes

He does not suck, he is just low tier (the bottom 1 for many.)
He really doesn't suck, in general there's no bad characters in this game because the devs are actually pretty competent, he's just underperforming a little bit but the difference between the best and the worst character in this game is so small that the only thing that really matters is how good you are at the game, and matchups in some cases.
