Great concept. But it's debatable if this much long question will come in CAT.
But the thing to note is, CONCEPT. I don't think that this much level of classy concept (Concept inside a concept) will be anywhere else, and also it's very important to note. So ya question could be irrelevant from CAT point of view, but the small concepts used, is very important.
It can be solved easily also
Find Area of sector (Angle - 90), r - 34m... Subtract 2 x Area of sector, Angle- 90 and r - 4m.... will get 882.32
where r - 34 represent total sector cow can gaze subtract the area which falls outside of Square (i.e 34-30)

I can solve that cow question in another way. Find Area of sector (Angle - 90), r - 34m... Subtract 2 x Area of sector, Angle- 90 and r - 4m.... will get 882.32
where r - 34 represent total sector cow can gaze subtract the area which falls outside of Square (i.e 34-30)

@@dhishaa_a what is done here by sir is - area grazed by cow inside square is calculated
What we did is subtract the area grazeable by 34 meter rope - area grazeable but outside the square
So for example in the diagram
The solution will be
AB - is the side of square but rope is bigger so let's assume rope is AX
So AX will be radius of the circle as explained
Now, area of sector with length AX and angle 90°( it's a square and circle with centre A )
Subtract the area of two small sectors outside circle,
Sectors of AX-AB and same sector made on the above side
Which are 2 sectors with length =20√3- 30 which is approx 4
So area of big sector - area of 2 small sectors = 882.32 which is approx sir's answer.

Sir while calculating the angles, if angle CAB is 30° and BCA is 60° then in opposite other shape it's just opposite of the shape it should be 60° according this but you considered it too 30°
