    Just trying to see when you have 3-4 rounds of an exercise, are you completing that exercise & al rounds of it back2back BEFORE a new round of another exercise?
    Ex: you got 3x12 RDL, 3x6 BB Back Squat, 3x12 Comp Combo-do you complete 1 of ea exercise sequentially, then repeat 2more times vs completing 1exercise 3x before moving to the next? Hope i make sense🤗

    Hey can you name the phases of your workout like is it conditioning phase/ hypertrophy or maximum strength etc..
