Okay, I’m not going to lie, it was basically you who totally convinced me to buy the hourglass palette this year and my mom passing away was the perfect excuse for me to spend the money (because duh, gotta make myself feel better somehow) and I have only used it one time so far and am TOTALLY in LOVE! Omg it made my make up look so seamless and beautiful. In fact, I have to go out of town this week to attend my mom’s funeral out of state, and this was the first make up item I packed! Hopefully it will brighten my day just a little by using it
Which one did you buy? I'm fair to light and waiting for my leopard palette to arrive but I'm afraid the colors might be too dark

I got the Hourglass leopard palette and it’s the first time I’ve bought their blushes. Absolutely love it. Although I think it’s overpriced, I appreciate its great quality and an happy to have finally given in and been delighted with the purchase.

I got the jellyfish palette from hourglass thanks to you, I’m still waiting for it, as I live in Europe and I ordered from the official website, so it takes a while. But I already know I’m gonna love it haha.
I initally got palette 2 from hourglass, and the powders are so gosh darn beautiful on the skin, so smooth and seamless and blurring, almost even better than hourglass ever has been, I now have shade 3 on the way and am considering 1 💗💗💗🙈
The coyish palette from Viseart is so good! Vibrant watercolors is a great description for it. It's so fun but still very wearable because of the way it blends on the eye
its so difficult to verbalize this formula as its not as "traditional" , but I LOVEEE it!
I was at Sephora recently and looked at the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream moisturizer also, but I had heard good things about the Lawless Forget the Filler skin plumping line smoothing perfecting cream, and it has the exact same texture that you’re describing. It goes on like a thick gel, absorbs in a lovely way, and makes your skin feel moisturized all day. And it’s in the $50 range instead of $100 range. Very happy with my purchase!

Agree with you on the Charlotte Tilbury skincare…it just always works well for me. I’ve tried different creams, cheaper versions that have similar claims and more expensive skincare and they either don’t agree with my skin and give me acne, or else aren’t hydrating enough on my dry patches or don’t work well with any makeup or other products and pill. None of that happens with my CT magic cream and eye cream. Might try the water cream when I run out of magic cream, as I trust your opinion on all things CT.
My girlfriend was a bougee skincare snob and I was like try Revolution Pro Miracle Cream and now she is on her 3rd jar and swears by it after using Charlotte Tilbury moisturiser magic cream.

I have the REFY brow gel/laminate that Morgan was recommending a little while back and I do like it a lot… it works great. However, it’s milky white and I can show some build up… plus the wand is a sticky disgusting mess by the third use.

I've been using the Clean & Clear or Neutrogena or my go to moisturizers. Rare Beauty All of the Above Weightless Eyeshadow Sticks I'm getting in Compassion, Growth, and Contentment. I got rid of all of my Viseart Palettes and to be honest they weren't good. They sucked and it never applied on to my eyes. Patrick Ta's Major Holiday Face Palette I might get to try it.

Please try hourglass skin care. I got samples of the retinol eye balm and essence and my goodness my skin is so clear and even now. The eye balm has my under eyes plump and so hydrated looking which I've never seen happen with all my expensive items.
I wasn't expecting much and I was blown away!
I bought the essence and waiting to buy the retinol and eye balm during the upcoming sephora sale on October 27th.
The Clinique Moisture Surge Intense 72 hour moisturizer (not the 100 hour one - only the 72 hour one!) has been a staple for so many years!!!!
