My dad was a Marine and I was born at Camp Lejeune in 1965 and we moved in 1970. My hole family has been riddled with health issue including me. I'm disabled now.
What is the off set and how is that going to work? Seems to me the vet is getting a raw deal, lost a kidney and other things to Camp Lejeune.Semper Gumby!!
The PFAS water contamination at Schreiver AFB was over 800K parts per trillion. The highest of any location. Many veterans have died without any benefits. If you could sue the military, they would be much more responsible. Many health problems have occurred decades after exposure.
anything for vets and their family i lived there for 5 years 93-98 i know base housing had old water pipes and on base where we drank from those huige water tanks.
Actually yes! For years it's been known that Camp LeJeune had contaminated water since the 50s. But only VA service connected disability benefits were offered to veterans. Now civilian family members and workers who lived there, even in-utero could potentially qualify for filing a Camp LeJeune lawsuit against the government.
Excellent presentation thank you...

How will VA handle the people who has passed away?😢 Including the family members?

It seems unreasonable that lawyers will take 50% or more “with expenses” since this mass-tort will mass-settle without much work.
Me living and worked in buildings way before 87. What's funny is even in early 2000s we get letters about the water contamination
How do I begin? Is there an attorney to call?
Will there be the weekly Q&A today, or tomorrow? Thanks!
Are dependent’s born and living on base at Guam Andersen AFB during the Vietnam war included in the pact act, or is it just for the Vets?

So how do they know to go back to the 1950’s? Have they known that long?

What really means an off set
With it being billions of dollars you can assume punitive damages was added into it. Its just being spread around.
