Appreciate your video.one thing I noticed is you pre filled your filter, cat recommends you don’t pre fill the oil filter.it says it right on the actual cat filter.

Thanks for that video. I just bought the same machine. Not sure how to check the hydraulic fluid level. Surprisingly not much info on the net. I suppose I will have to buy the manual?
Greetings Dan! You're so welcome) On D6M at the right back corner you will find hydraulic reservoir, down below filler cap locate glass measure tube - that's it. You should see hydraulic fluid level.
Local CAT dealer sells service repair manuals.
That's a massive filter! How big is the engine?
6.6 litres or 402.8 cu in.
That's a lot of mud under that plate! I guess they never stay clean.
Tons of dirt built up over time!
