I've have a Tab 4 and recently found it, (I moved). I charged it and powered it on. Put the internet on. This tablet is 16GB and has never work for me. Now I know why I never bothered looking for it. All it does is crash and freeze. Can't log onto anything without it kicking me out. I've tried deleting apps but nothing works. Do I need to add more memory? RAM. And oh it takes in average 8-10 minutes to load from the time I press the power button.

Turn devise off then hold power home and up volume key same time then wait for tab 4 logo on screen to pop up then let go then scroll to something like clear all data then go to yes clear all day then go to yes then go to factory reset and wait for you tabs to reset if I wasn't good enough then Google how to hard reset Galaxy Tab 4
