In ANY other situation this would be considered extremely rude, but for a public servant to do this to a member of the public who is accommodating them, it makes it even worse.

ALL auditors should audit the police stations car parks, take all registration numbers, check if they're legal & check online if they have current tax & mot. If any cops ask what are they doing, tell them exactly what & why...because the police are NOT above the law & the sooner they realise it, the better for all.
